I own a dental practice and had an issue this past week (mid-day) where my 1 toilet was not functioning and the other I could see water coming up from the drain in the floor when it was used. The plumber onsite of the building couldnt determine the problem. I called Roto-rooter & was surprised the technician could be there within the hour. He took the time to troubleshoot with a camera & determined it was not the toilets but rather that someone in another building on the premises had shut off the braker for the lift station for the property resulting in the back up. This could have resulted in a serious mess! I am so grateful for the technician being able to come so soon; for being clever to determine the problem and to top it off he was extremely polite and neat. This was my first experience with RR; I will most definitely be calling again if I have the need & will be asking for A.J. Karder!!!

What I thought was just a clogged floor drain turned out to be much more. The whole main line to septic was in bad shape. I had them do the work and they did a great job its not easy to see yard being dug up or the floor of the basement being dug into. But the guys that came out to do the job went above and beyond you wouldnt know they where here. They had no problem answering my questions that I had whale work was being done. The crew that was out here was awesome great people and asked me how I would like stuff put back such as big boulders in yard from the dig or where I wanted was sink put back in basement. Afrer all was done couldnt have been more happier it was like they where never here. Did great work and clean up after. If you need work done dont hesitate to give them a call.

We had a complete blockage of the sewer, and could not use any water, or toilets. Brian called and explained all of our options. He was out within the hour. Brian took great care keeping my families home clean with drop cloths, and good planning. He was able to remove the blockage, and clearly showed me all of the problem areas in the sewer. Brian was personable, professional, and could not have been more helpful. Other local plumbing companies were either unable to help since they did not have the correct equipment,or they could not come out until 24 hours later. We will be using Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing projects/emergencies.

Main line backed up at midnight on a Sunday night. A.J. called me back advised he would be there in within 10 mins. Showed up on time. Put down tarps to protect the walls and pool table from any water spraying from the auger. Very friendly and professional, explained everything he was doing and let me watch each step. Ran camera through the line after the clog was cleared. Did a great job with unclogging the drain, explained ways to avoid future clogs and cleaned up and sanitized the area he was working in. Explained how the 6 month warranty works and gave me his card and advised me to call him again if there is anymore trouble.

Had a major problem with an exterior drain not functioning properly. A significant amount of water was pooling next to a drain near my foundation. I called Roto Rooter, they answered immediately, scheduled me at my desired time, and emailed a confirmation of the appointment. On the day of the appointment they called ahead and the technician Brian F. showed up right on time. It was a troublesome problem that had us both puzzled. Brian was persistent and professional and found the solution! Highly recommend, extremely professional from every point of contact. Kudos!!

On Christmas night, we had what we thought was a clogged pipe from the septic tank leading into the house and a big mess! Matt the technician came out the next day and was very knowledgeable and knew the problem had to be bigger after checking things out. As it turned out, it was a broken pipe leading into the house. Our yard had to be dug up and the pipe replaced. We couldnt have asked for better service. Matt was awesome. Thank you! Im hoping I dont need them any time soon but would definitely call them again.

Roto-rooter saved me in my hour of need. Logan was very professional and attentive to my needs andone concerns. One of which was raw sewage back up into my basement. He recommended and arranged for a consultation with the water restoration crew, who promptly came to my home and was able to address the series concern I had with potential health and safety Hazzard. I always use online reviews to determine what company I should go with. Roto-Rooter had very high reviews, so I went with them, and they did not disappoint. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. They provide free estimates(NICE!)!! Brian was on time and very professional. The price was lower than I expected. I will recommend Roto-Rooter to all my family and friends. This was the first time I required a plumber and Im sure it wont be the last. Roto-Rooter will be my "go to".

I had an plumbing emegency on a Sunday. Called Roto -Rooter and was greeted withe a friendly voice offering help. She told me a repairman would call back me in twenty minutes ,he did. A J the repairman arrived in a timely manner and fixed my problem. They say you get what you pay for. Well I received a professional response and good work He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. Thank you Roto Rooter. I will not hesitate to call you in the future

The positives: They did a same day appointment. They were on time, friendly, competent, and worked quickly. They gave a quote before starting work. My concern: The cost. My technician determined it was a clogged pipe and since I know little about plumbing I thought the $380 price tag seemed high, but figured there must be a lot of work involved. He was done in about 20 to 30 minutes however, and even with my $30 coupon I feel that the price was pretty out there.

AJ came out on a Sunday during the summer to clear a backed up septic drain and when it happened again a few weeks later, AJ honored the warranty and came out again on a Sunday and took care of it. Recently AJ came out and replaced the bad pipe, he was on time for the appointment and finished quickly, the bad pipe replaced, and even put in a new clean out in it which wasnt in the bid, all for a good price. Had very tough, totally clogged 40 yr old 2" drain from a sink. RR came out, spent 2hrs trying to unclog this thing, broke the snake 3X, and unfortunately couldnt get it open. While I am disappointed that it couldnt be opened, he gave me a few options and changed me for a standard service visit (much less than expected).
