I originally went to Robert and Robert Salon at the beginning of February. My hair was very dry and brittle but it also needed to be colored. Kaitlin took great care of me! I got my hair dyed and also a conditioning treatment which made my hair feel so soft. I would highly recommend it. I have since had several appointments leading up to my wedding. I never had to wait more than maybe 2 minutes before being helped at the salon. Kaitlin, and JAnna and Ashley came to my house on my wedding day and took care of my hair, makeup and Kaitlin even secured my wedding veil for me. They also did the hair and makeup of my bridesmaids and the makeup for my mom. Everyone looked lovely. The three of them were an integral part in my wedding day and as I told JAnna, they have a client for life. I would recommend this salon to everyone; they are fantastic!

My first time here, THANK YOU to my stylist Cheryl for fixing the disaster of a haircut that had gotten a couple of months ago. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I got in and got out in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that I can suggest is to ask about how much things are going to cost before going so that there are no surprises. My only complaint was that their website says one price and they dont tell you upfront that some of their stylists are as they put it "renters" and charge more than the salon does. In all honesty, had I not of had a good experience, I would have been a bit ticked and leaving a bad review right about now. But because I had a good experience Ill take note and remember that for later All in all I enjoyed the experience and will return.

Dirty..........noisy..........unprofessional.........egotistical..........unhappy workers.........even the simplest of tasks, a shampoo was done sloppy. A Spa should be clean, quiet, professional, everyone having their egos in tact, great service and we should feel better when we leave than when we came in. The noisy chitter/chatter felt like a "beauty parlor" instead of a Salon/Spa. Yuck!

Highly recommend Robert and Robert Salon and Spa. Wonderful atmosphere, everyone is very friendly, and the service is top notch. Enjoyed a great pedicure and facial by Ashley and a massage by Meri the other day and will be coming back very soon.

Jenni Myers is awesome. Best pedicures anywhere. The owner is incredibly nice and has helped out with HSLC events. The rest of the staff is always friendly and the shop is a relaxing and truly pleasant place to go.
