I went to this salon because I bought a Groupon for The Works mani-pedi ($85 value for $39), my experience was the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. When I first walked in and asked the receptionist about what is included in The Works special she stated she did not know and to ask the nail tech. I picked out my colors and waited for a bit after my scheduled appointment time, then when my nail tech took me to the foot spa area I asked her what was included in The Works special, she tells me that shes new and doesnt know but will find out (I dont understand how you work somewhere and dont know about the services you provide). I go to the salons website on my phone to look up what exactly is included in the works and it is supposed to be a total of 90 minutes and includes the spa, foot scrub, hot towel, etc. While Im checking this the nail tech had asked the receptionist who knows nothing either and she says its just the spa, polish and whatever else comes with the basic mani-pedi, so I had to get up while I am partially through my foot soak to show the front desk girl what exactly I paid for. The receptionist then tells me that they do not have a The Works special after which I showed her the website for the salon she works for showing that they do in fact have a The Works special, so with an attitude she tells the tech to just do whatever it says on the website. When the manager returns she researches and finds out that I was correct, but I did not get an apology and was not compensated for my horrible experience. What was supposed to be a nice and relaxing experience turned out to be a very frustrating and upsetting one. I was going to do the eyebrow threading while I was there, but decided not to waste anymore of my money there. The discount I got from Groupon was not worth the time I wasted at this business. Needless to say I will not be returning and will not be recommending to anyone I know.

Horrible place very bad customer service and the owner who have a big background sex offender standing there checking out girl’s private part... I will never recommend anyone to go there Very dishonest group of people with extremely poor customer service very rude I would never recommend this place of business Worse experience I ever had .and That I count problem with management I DONT LIKE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEW BUT THIS ONE I HAD TO! Nail tech was very sweet .but good for front desk ONLY!! She had no idea what she was doing to the point that I had to remind her shape my nail take cuticles WHICH almost got my skin off and had to take the tool and show her what to do. Their staff are so unprofessional that they talk about their owners while they r performing services so unprofessional very cheap and low class salon.. I did my threading with the owner she ruined my eyebrows was horrible experience Very UN-happy environment never recommend to my family members and friends. Horrible, ugly & nasty place … there wax rooms are so dirty & they double dip strips after the service again and again Aisha make my eye brows bleed she don’t know how to do threading I asked for Anita several times and they recommend me Aisha but I will never recommend her to anybody

This wasnt my first time at this salon, but it was the first time for my hair. I had a bad experience turn into a great one. I went to get balayage done and thought the stylist knew what she was doing, I even expressed my concerns about how I never dye or cut my hair anymore really because it always turns out horrible and has taken me so long to grow it out. The cut itself was fine, but the color was absolutely not like anything I asked for. I was disappointed and left even without a blow dry. When I was home I called back upset, and was told to come back the next morning and have Daniel (a master of color) fix my hair, and not only that I was offered a complimentary manicure for my troubles. I walked in skeptical to go back, but Daniel took such great care of me and my hair and went absolutely above and beyond for me, as well as the lovely ladies in the front. I will definitely return to have Daniel do my hair from now on. Thank you for turning around my bad experience and giving me and my hair exactly what I wanted!

Very disappointed with their customer service. I selected Aishas because I wanted to have my eyebrows threaded and the Google reviews for this spa are terrific. When I called to check availability, they were busy but the woman who answered the phone said they would be able to take at a time that was two hours away. I tried to make an appointment, but she told me I should just walk in. When I arrived at the right time, they were busy again and the woman up front told me it would be 25 minutes or so. I really didnt have time to wait and I explained how I tried to make an appointment for that reason. She admitted that she was the one I had spoken to and apologized. She was nice, but because I had altered my plans and driven a distance to get there, it was frustrating.

Been going for about 2 years now. Aisha takes care of all her customers, the environment she created is very warm & friendly. I am always greeted with a smile. The service is exceptional and reasonably priced. They offer gift certificates which is a plus my husband bought me a certificate about a year ago, I am ready for another! Full Service Salon, clean & state of the art. The ladies are all certified in their skill sets and often go for training to learn new techniques which is a HUGE PLUS! They are friendly & drama free. I would HIGHLY recommend Aishas Beauty Salon if you want a place to relax sip on some wine while getting a pedicure, facial, body massage, nails done, threading etc... to ALL of my friends and family. I love this place!!!

The owner of the salon was very nice and accommodating, offering beverages and frequently checking on customers. I made an appointment for my sister and I to get SNS nails, there was a groupon online, but when I called I found out it was cheaper to pay directly. The nail techs were not great. The paint job was not very professional looking, especially for the amount of money it cost. My sisters nails looked VERY lumpy and uneven. There was barely any gloss or shine. She had to go back and ask the tech to add another coat of polish and still it didnt look as if she had just gotten her nails done. Overall, I wouldnt go back, although the owner was very nice, the service provided was HORRIBLE.

I feel welcomed, I feel like I am the most important person (at that moment) and all of your staff are polite, well mannered, professional and most importantly experts at what they do...even when I had a little minor issue with my nails...it was handled promptly and with courtesy. I want to thank you and your staff for making each experience I have had a wonderful one. (And specifically Aisha (for my threading) Stefanie (for my massage) and Jasmin (for my nails), and all the rest of you that even though I have not had the pleasure of meeting you....you have a wonderful business and I will be referring friends there!
