I do not want to rate the entire staff just my stylist. SHAUNDA 1) I came in at 5:05 pm sat in the waiting room for an hour she never came out to speak to me. 2) Never did a consultation, just asked me to sit down and started cutting my hair Like she knows me. 3) So i pulled out my phone showed her the style i expected she looked at it and continued styling my hair. 4) Constantly cutting. 5) I caught glimpse of my hair and with everything in me i tried not to cry because my hair was not looking similar to the picture i gave her. She finished and i told her this dose not look like the picture, she tried curling it again and she still was cutting. 6) She told me my hair was too thick for that specific style. 7) She cut my hair in the style she wanted. (tears) 8) Why you didnt say that before you cut my hair. 9) I left at 10:00 pm. 5 hours later 10) I asked about watching out for me to enter my car she said yes until she saw i was disappointed with my hair cut. Lack of professionalism You dont buy Nikes and in the box is Rebok NO! Just expressing my experience. WHY I HATED IT

last week was 5th time at inner beauty I love the way my stylist do my hair I also love the set up in the salon the next time I return I will be sure to wear earplugs however I really see and understand why ladies cant work together so much gossip never in all my years of living have I heard so much gossip as a business owner I would never degrade any of my employees the way this woman was talking and if she felt that way why hire them better yet why talk about them in front of customers thats just very unprofessional I pray my stylist finds a new shop but until then I will be there with my earplugs in my ear

Convenient location, accomodating staff, & varied services. I met the owner Shanda for the 1st time a year ago. I was out & about, saw her, complemented her hairstyle, & she gave me her business card. A year later, i finally gave her a try & im happy i did! The owner, Shanda, has done my hair twice & Im very pleased with her skills, her efficiency, & flexible schedule. I can verbalize my desired result (with or without a reference) photo & she tailors the style to what suits me best! I leave the salon feeling GREAT about my hair, & thats all anyone could want from a salon visit.
