Terrible experience. Never wrote a review for a place but this just was so terrible I had to. Was scheduled an appointment and waited 45 more minutes until she was actually available. Understandable if she was busy, she was on her phone texting while I waited for the last 10 minutes of it. When I was choosing colors she couldnt even give me a piece of paper to try out the colors and I had to paint it on my skin to see if I like it, oh and she didnt even wipe it off, i left with a bunch of colors on my hand. Netta basically just cut the nail and painted on polish and didnt do anything else, didnt even file anything. I came out outside and noticed that it was crooked and when I went back in she told me its supposed to look like that from my side but looking at it from her side it looks good(??) Last time I checked its supposed to look good from all angles. Waste of money! Forewarning others so they dont make the same mistake I did.

The staff is very attenative, as well as professional. The owner is very personable, as she greets customers who enter her boutique. The care an attention of Ms.G-G is wonderful! Although, this IS my second visit in months, Im finding just how much, this salon goes the extra mile...I never knew Head-Lifts even existed. Till, Ms.G-G offered me on WoW!!!!!!! 5stars

My stylist, Kris Blu is the best darn stylist in the world. The environment is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The other workers are friendly and makje you feel you are part of the family. A vert nice place to spend two hours every two weeks relaxing and becoming beautiful.

To say this customer service experience was poor is being too kind. Owner/person answering phones is extremely rude when I tried to set up a mani/pedi appointment. I highly dissuade anyone from purchasing a groupon or patronizing this salon. Its no surprise the salon is a ghost town.

I went to the Beauty Boutique for the first time. The facility is very classy, clean, and posh. The staff/people are down to earth. My appointment was with the stylist named Andrea. I got a natural hair twist style. My hair looked wonderful and lasted 3 weeks. I will be returning.
