The people in the salon were VERY nice. The salon was clean. I was a walk in and they immediately serviced me. So why am I giving it such a low rating? I got my nails done (gel) on Saturday. My nails were chipping by Monday. I thought my nails looked decent when the manicurist finished but they were not. Once I got home and closely looked at them, I was very disappointed! The manicurist did a sloppy job. She left old nail polish on my nails and the corners are very sloppy. I was hoping that I would be satisfied with the service because I wanted to make this my new nail salon. UPDATE - I decided to call the salon and see if they would fix my nails. They said that they could and scheduled me the next day to get my nails fixed. My manicurist, Helen, was sweet as pie but she still did a horrible job!! They look worst today and I did not believe that was possible. I have attached photos.

I recently went to this location and was immediately helped by the front desk. Everything was fine until I looked at the finished product of my gel nails as I was heading on my way to pay. I picked out a color that I thought was BLACK and told the woman who painted my nails that I wanted BLACK but after it all I saw that the color was just a really dark purple. Not only that but nail polish was all over the outside of my nails and it looked like a very sloppy job. There are patches that arent even painted and some spots where the polish is already peeling! (I was here only an hour ago!) Im sorry, but I will not be coming back here again and would like a refund.

The front desk was impolite during my two appointments with them. On the second occasion, I called them coz I was running late from a doctors appointment to ask if I could be re-scheduled for later in the day, but the lady at the desk was rude and made it sound like I was a child late to school. Though I admit I couldnt call before time, she had no right to behave the way she did, and could have been more polite. Can certainly use some proper front-desk training. Cancelled my appointment and never going back there.

Lena did an awesome job on my toes. And Tom did an amazing job on my nails. I wish I lived near by, I would come all the time. Tom, the owner, is really great. I brought my bridal party in a few days before the wedding and he surprised us mimosas and doughnuts. 100% recommend.

I had made a last minute appointment at Lush after work (I work a few buildings down) Kim got me in and out in 19 minutes(I was in a rush!) And the cut is fabulous and I love it! I appreciate them and would go back in the future.
