I first came here on a whim when my husband and I purchased a side-by-side massage package. The people who welcome you are always cheerful and informative. The spa package was amazing! My husband and I were very pleased with the staffs kindness, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the little perks (like free tea). I came back a few months later to get a pedicure. Again, I was extremely pleased with the staff and the promptness of my appointment. Everything was extremely clean, and once again, I was blown away by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Finally, I decided to start getting my hair cut at the salon. I love my hair dresser. She really listens to what Im wanting to do and gives me suggestions on what would work best with my skin color and face when it comes to dye jobs and hair cuts. In addition to the free tea, I also get mini-relaxing perks (like a mini-facial or arm/hand massage). Im also very pleased that this salon and spa uses Aveda products. In addition, its a no-tipping salon, which is hard to come-by these days. My only gripes is that its sometimes hard to find parking.

I have been going to L&G salon and spa for the past 11 years and they have always greeted me warmly and have provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at a salon or spa. They take time to get to know you and are genuine and sincere in the way they take care of you. Vanessa has cut my hair for the last several years and always does a fabulous job. She listens to what you want and is able to bring your haircut wishes to fruition. Jessica is an amazingly precise aesthetician and is very thorough. You will not be disappointed!

Vanessa has been my stylist for the past few years, and I couldnt be happier! Not only is she an amazing stylist, but she is also very sweet and personable. I have very thick hair, and Vanessa always takes the time to make sure its just right. I have always left the salon very happy with the style! Vanessa works with many different, talented assistants, and Ive been very happy with everyone Ive met. The front-desk staff at the salon are also very friendly and helpful. 5 STARS for sure!

I agree about the uncomfortable chairs at the Beachwood facility. I am very surprise that a company of the caliber would have those type of hard chairs. The chairs were not only hard but they were cold and unstable, more like a rocking chair. Not to mention the technician hands were as cold as ice. Also, after I jumped so many times and told her that her hands were very cold she did nothing to make matters better. I will never use that particular service again.

Best customer service Ive experienced anywhere in any industry... from the front desk to each and every stylist. Expert salon and spa services are a given. Extensive, seven-days-a-week hours built around the customer, great rates and non-tipping philosophy find me there once or twice a week every week of the year for the last seven years! Great, free extras like mini-facial, hand-arm massage and make-up application. This salon does absolutely everything right!

Consistently excellent service! I met my stylist at one of the open houses they host in December. From day one, she "got the red right" which others had failed to do. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. I also like that there is always an opportunity to participate in a charitable and/or environmental event. As a company, they walk the talk of caring about the community.

Fabulous cut and color! Ive been going here for over a year to my trusted stylist Katie Ward. She always has great suggestions when I come to her with my hair troubles! I left this time with "natural" golden highlights and soft, flowing layers. I was ready for my spot on a shampoo commercial! Love the service, atmosphere and Aveda products here.

My hair always look great thanks so much to Jason at Legacy Ladies and Gentlemen. My husband doesnt want me to go any place else. The staff are always so sweet and very helpful. Love the little things that they do like the mini massage, offering you coffee, taking your coat and hanging it up. .

Completely overpriced for what you get. My "personalized" facial could have been for anyone with any skin type, and I thought a $60 pedicure was going to mean bringing something fantastic to the table. Instead it was a sub-par pedicure in an uncomfortable chair. Thumbs down on this place.

Ive been trying to contact them to schedule an appointment for the last 30 minutes. Every number I have is incorrect and the process to book online is so confusing. This place was recommended but now Im probably going to go elsewhere.

Me and a few friends went here today to get massages manicures and pedicures... it was so much fun. The staff is so inviting and intelligent about what they are doing and they make you feel so welcome. I will definitely be going back
