Seven Springs provides a decent value for the price, but has some draw backs to go with the savings. The Good: 1. The staff were pretty friendly. They were all new and happy to assist me in whatever way they could. We had an issue with the wrong date being put on some paperwork and I was told (havent yet verified) that it was promptly corrected, 2. It is close to a lot of what you may need in New Port Richey. Walmart, UPS Store, various places to eat, pharmacies, hospitals, etc. all within a short driving distance on Highway 54 and Little Road. 3. The property itself is landscaped well and has decent amenities; youve got a pond to look at, a pool, several laundry facilities, and shower facilities (Ive not tried/seen). 4. Its quiet and the people here right now keep to themselves. I have never worried about having things taken or vandalized. The Bad: 1. The Internet is woefully slow and unreliable. A monthly pass costs $20 but is not worth the money. Youll have to disconnect and then reconnect to reestablish a connection, and any sort of Internet use which requires consistent connectivity or reliable speeds will have you pulling out your hair. I suspect the connection is a simple Verizon DSL line (probably lower tier Business or Residential) that is crudely distributed using too many repeaters. Im getting these issues a stones throw from a repeater with low park occupancy. Youll also need to purchase a pass for each device using wifi as your access code is tied to a single MAC address. 2. The owner has a recycling policy which is excessive and he isnt shy about telling you that he enforces this policy. It was more than implied that your garbage (see personal items) would be rummaged through. Recycling requires that you divide out your cans, paper, plastic (by number), cardboard, aluminum, etc. in a way which leaves some questions on where to put things. I would think the lot rent ($280-$450) and unnecessarily high Internet charges would cover garbage pickup that doesnt require me dividing out my garbage into several piles within the small space afforded by an RV. The recycling area is a smelly mess which lacks organization, the latter is the frustrating part. 3. The place is cash or travelers check only. I had to pay for a few days then hit the bank for a few hundred dollars, I was then issued a handwritten receipt incorrectly dated and sloppily filled out. I dont like the idea of handing over hundreds of dollars cash and wonder what possible motivation there is behind this policy is other than saving money in CC/check processing fees (a minor fee for businesses) or the desire to skim money/fudge income numbers. 4. The mail service is rough. Anything coming to you is hand sorted into a communal shelf organized by letter of last name. No one I.D.s you when you come in to grab mail and its right by the door. My first important piece of mail from FedEx was opened after delivery and then taped back up. Im scared to think of what would have happened if it had been a check inside and not a papers without any value. All in all Id rate the place as good. Some significant changes need to be made, but it is a bearable place to stay short term. My original intention was to stay 4-6 months but I am looking for a new park or living situation within 2 months of moving.

I stayed there September 2015 And had planned a year long stay however left after a month. The park itself is beautiful and clean. Very nice pool I never used. Laundry was nice. Being able to get propane there on site was great. The internet is definitely not work the 20.00 fee. Very few people there when I stayed very poor reception. The reasons I left early: The recycling was a major issue with me. I didnt have the room to sort it out so I ended up taking the garbage out in my car everyday to another location. For the rates they charge I found this ridiculous. Next was the mail issue. It is out in a bin with the letter of your last name along with everyones. Ive checked with the post office and they say that is not legal. Its the same as someone going thru and tampering with your mail. Third on my next to last day there a friend had to come to the park to tell me if a death in my family and they were on a bike at 6:45 in the a m . I was later told very rudely by JOE that it was too noisy before 7am. He acted like a crazy person running a golf cart up and down streets to see where the bike was but never mentioned it until I said something about the poor mail handling. He is very rude and very anal about the recycling. I did however find his wife Annie to be very kind and sweet. She is about all he has going for him. End result beautiful park very quiet. But a jerk for an owner. NO I Left the park because of the owner no other reason! I moved to another park that was nowhere as nice as that one.. simply because you showed me your true colors. From the reviews you seem to have a pattern. You are overbearing and dont have what it takes to be in a business. And the bike was bought from the showroom floor with that exhaust system. Its a Hibda Shadow Sabre. Look it up!!!

I would say the earlier review was a bit harsh regarding the recycling aspect. The rest of the review is accurate. Im enjoying the peace and quite here as well as the strictly enforced speed limit. The last place I stayed had vehicles running around at too high a speed to be safe. I would like to see the internet access improved. So much of what we do now is internet based. Im not sure of the cost but Id certainly pay more for high speed internet access in my RV. All in all the owner has created a great place.

I came to leave a review after being disrespected by the owner and Im seeing a lot of other people complaining about the same thing. Everything they are saying is true. The owner is rude and condescending. He goes out of his way to cause an issue with residents and visitors. Apalled that this place has any good reviews. I dont understand how such a bitter and senile man can even run a business. Steer clear and take your business elsewhere.

Never stayed there and reading all the reviews maybe the man is a jerk maybe not but i would love to have manager like him that at least tries to keep place quiet and straight.. come to my park manager is a joke and noise runs rampant

Failed to complete job properly, had to return 2 additional times & got charged over $300.00 to replace a transmission mount they disturbed in first place as it was not an existing problem.
