So my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in Jan 2017. We thought booking with a agency would be the easiest part of planning a destination wedding, come to find out it was the most stressful part of the whole wedding planning. We invited around 150 guest and had around 60 guest booked for our big day. At first we were working with Dann. Picking the resort was very easy. We sent out the save the date a month later and informed DAnn that our guest would be calling to ask questions and to get quotes on the price of the trip. Especially my family who has never traveled outside the US and my brother and his wife who would be traveling with 3 children all under the age of 6. I guess when my sister in law called DAnn she had several questions to ask about the price and traveling with children. I found out through my sister in law that she was spoken too very rudely by DAnn, which resulted into my sister in law and brother not booking through st Clair travel but also not even booking at the same resort as us. When I found out about this I was very upset. I droveup to the office which is 40 minutes from my house and wanted to speak with DAnn in person about this situation. But I was upset to find DAnn wasnt in. I made sure I came into the travel agency on a day she told me she would be there. Her coworker informed me that DAnn was on vacation. One request I asked DAnn to do was to please send us a courtesy email notifying us when she would be Out of the office so that I could inform my guests. Which through out the whole booking process she never did. Anyways since DAnn wasnt here I asked to talk to the owner/manager I was surprised to hear that DAnn was co-owner. For someone being the owner of a customer service company I was shocked thats how she treated her customers. When I explain my situation to the other owner it appeared as if she didnt believe me but she stated she would speak with DAnn So a few months went by, everything was going good until my mother in law called DAnn letting her know she was ready to book her familys trip. DAnn asked what about your sister and her family? My mother in law informed DAnn that her sister would call her when she was ready. So DAnn asked if she could call back my mother in law cause she was in the middle of something. My mother law said no probalem. Well come to find out when DAnn hung up on my mother in law she called my mother in laws sister and pressure her at work to book the trip all beacuse her sister was booking. So my husbands aunt called my mother in law and told her what DAnn just did. So long story short my mother called DAnn and called her out on it. DAnn denied it. And told my mother in law quote" your just not a happy person." My guest shouldnt be pressure to booked especially while there at work and I was so emabarrased she insulted my future mother in law. So when I got wind of this I was furious. I couldnt believe how she was treating my guests but most importantly my future family. Her rudeness was uncalled for. Honestly after this I wanted to just switch travel agency but it was too late. So instead I asked DAnn to be removed from handling my wedding booking. Kim was assigned to us. Kim was sweet and very pleasant to work with. The only thing issue I had was when it came to our purchased travel insurance which guarantee a price adjustment if the total rates of your trip drop. We were told that they would monitor the rates of our trip and notify us if the rate went down. I myself came across two insistences where the price dropped and had to notify my agent. I felt like I had to check everyday on the rates online because I felt like I couldnt trust the agency to do there job, especially when both times price was adjusted was when I notify my agent. So bottom line I advise people not to give St Clair travel your business. I just cant understand how an owner of a customer service company could be so unprofessional, insulting, and rude to their paying customers. Im shocked that they are still in business.

Had big big party booking a vacation, the lady was very rude to us towards the end when she know she had all our money. Messed some peoples fights up.and wouldnt fix it even thou it was her fault. We will never book there again, too many problems and worrys. Will not refer anyone there

The travel agency owner is very rude. She ruined the St. Clair farmers market.
