I worked with Judy Sontag for my destination wedding in Jamaica and she was AMAZING!!! I honestly had to do close to nothing other than choose the resort and show up. Judy found all the best prices for me and my guests as well as organized all charts and information for the resort and my guests. She was THE BEST and took all the stress out of planning a wedding. THANK YOU JUDY! Judy convinced us to purchase Mobay and it was worth EVERY SINGLE CENT plus more!!! I would have kick myself in the butt if I didnt do it. I feel so bad for people who DONT use mobay. Iberostar: WOW!!!!!!! Such an AMAZING resort!!! It is soooo clean and so pretty! The pool is AMAZING and is right on the beach!  Every day they had lunch on the beach which was great because we didnt have to leave.  The staff... PHENOMENAL!!!! My party had so much fun with them.  The gym... OUT OF THIS WORLD! It was like an expensive gym in Philly and their group fitness classes were awesome!  The rooms were awesome. Nicole and Simone were soooo amazing and accommodating... even for this unorganized bride!  My bridal bouquet was GORGEOUS! I dont know why they got such bad reviews ? It was everything I dreamed of!  The actual ceremony was legit from a dream. It was the most beautiful wedding in the world. I did a bonfire on the beach with a DJ and it was SO MUCH FUN! I loved dancing in the moonlight :) the DJ was amazing (again, dont know why they had and reviews) my wedding dinner went long but Simone had the DJ stay a half our later to accommodate !  I moved the reception to the sunset bay beach bar and highly recommend this since you get the pool bar all to yourself! Made getting drinks so easy!  Afterwards we all went to the disco and danced the night away :)  The photographer wasnt the best but good enough! I do wish I brought my own photographer in though. Since nick is a wedding photographer we were a  bit more picky on this topic. The videographer was awesome and so much fun so hopefully the video comes out well. Unfortunately the photographer and videographer left at 10 since that is what they were paid for so missed a half hour of a real fun reception. I would give Iberostar and my wedding a 10 out of 10 and wouldnt have it anywhere else!!!  Now onto couples swept away. Ill be honest, I was actually pretty disappointed with the place. But I will be honest, it had a tough act to follow. The rooms were disappointing since I got an ocean verandah suite but couldnt see the ocean at all, just the building in front of me.  The workers definelty were not as pleasant. The room itself was only okay. It was kinda dirty but had a cool vibe.  The beach was crazy pretty but unfortunately it rained the whole time. The food was AMAZING! This was the only option it beat Iberostar in. Hands down best food. The pool was disgusting! We actually didnt even go in it bc it looked so dirty as well as the jacuzzis. I got my hair braided at the salon and told the women I wanted her to fix the one braid and she did so by using a Bobby pin? Very disappointed. Clearly this resort was a lot slower pace because it was a couples resort so nick and I learned fast that we definitely prefer family friendly resorts. We like to play more than be romantic haha. The water sports though were AWESOME! We went snorkeling which was great, paddle boarded for hours and went on the glass boat ride which was all included. However, it rained on all the days we had a catamaran booked so they canceled both times. We didnt get to go on it :(  The sports facility was only okay. I went to a spin class and no one, including the instructor showed up. And it was a pain how you had to go across the street to get to it. They are  currently doing a lot of construction so maybe they are working on it? Definitely out dated though.

This letter is intended to be distributed to everyone Elite Travel may do business with who may benefit from knowing how helpful and professional Elite (Tammy) has been in remedying the extremely unacceptable encounter my husband and I experienced when visiting EXCELLENCE Punta Cana Resort for what was supposed to be a luxury honeymoon/anniversary for 6 days where we would be treated as VIPs. Your relationship with my business partner is what prompted me to contact you to help me plan a long awaited honeymoon for my husband and me that we could not take eight years ago when we got married. Your services in booking our company trip for 17 associates in September of 2013 was a wonderful experience at a top-notch resort and all of our expectations were exceeded through your booking and recommendations, so I knew you could help plan a special trip for us. Although, you had booked what you had promised us, the resort was obviously not aware of our arrangements or the status you had arranged for us and on top of that, the service, room and amenities were unbearably disappointing to the degree that by the 2nd afternoon, my husband and I just wanted to leave and come home. From the moment you finally received my email (6 hour delay due to the resort’s lack of Wi-Fi), you dropped all of your personal obligations and focused on relieving us from the intolerable situation. You made solving our problem your top objective and for that we are extremely appreciative; we know you could have brushed it off and dealt with it once we returned. I personally, felt so isolated and mistreated by being in a foreign country and receiving such poor service that it created intense anxiety that was substantially decreased as soon as you began working with me to understand all of the details and promised me you would help make it right no matter what! During our time of desperation, you did exactly that and kept your word by going out on a limb and calling on your relationships in your industry and finding us different accommodations that lived up to the expectations we had for the trip originally. I would recommend your services to anyone and will spread the word to everyone I know in business and in pleasure. Since our return, you worked diligently to make everything right, because that is the level of pride, unrivaled client service and quality you practice in your role and your company. I encourage you to use me personally and my company as a referral for your existing and potential clients; I am happy to promote your business in anyway I am able. Elite Travel helped us book our amazing honeymoon to Mexico. We were planning a wedding and knew we wouldn’t be able to dedicate the time to researching honeymoon destinations. I knew a place I wanted to go to and turned to Tammy Levent for help. She put everything together for us and planning an excellent trip to Excellence Playa Mujeres. The process was very smooth. Tammy was very responsive and always emailed me back as soon as she could. She answered any and all questions I had. Excellence Playa Mujeres is such an amazing resort. We were warmly welcomed “home” and it really felt like home. They greet you with a smile and with a drink in hand. The check-in process was very fast and very efficient. They provided us with a tour of the hotel on the way to our suite. The room comes stocked with more liquor than you can handle, maybe not  The fridge was always stocked with snacks, soda, wine, beer, and juices. Housekeeping came twice a day and really did a great job cleaning up. They provide turndown service too. They had a letter greeting us, a honeymoon sign on the door, and two champagne glasses with champagne. Room service was available 24/7. The beach did not have seaweed at all and was so clean and just gorgeous. The wait staff there knew my drink order by day 2 and was so friendly. We relaxed and they kept the drinks coming. The same with the pool staff. Sometimes, you go to resorts and the food was mediocre. Not at Excellence. The food was always so amazing!!! It was plentiful and just so good. It was some of the best food we have tasted. They have French, Asian, Indian, Mexican, Grill, Lobster and more. The breakfast at Toscana was always so good with great buffet options. The staff around the entire resort always had a smile and you could see that they really love their jobs. We flew Aeromexico and it was also a nice airline. Once again, Tammy made everything run smoothly! We cannot wait to plan our next trip with her!
