The people are all really nice, which helps. I had gone for an international drivers license. Unfortunately the camera has some problems, seemingly with the battery case staying closed, so it took quite a while to get that done compared to previous visits. As I had waited on hold for 1 hour for an agent to come on the line the previous evening for roadside assistance and finally gave up, I asked the agent helping me in the office what to do. She called ERS; some 15 minutes or so later, when I finally left, she was still on hold as well. So as much as the office personnel seem helpful, ERS is woefully understaffed/inadequate. I understand that this has been the case for many years. As a member for almost 50 years, I find this distressing. ERS is the main reason I joined and continue my membership, but I will have to re-evaluate my decision to renew when it comes time to do so.

My insurance ran out without my knowledge, so I went to AAA in Grosse Pointe and talked to the counter agent, Mr. Victor Harris. Seeing that for some reason I didnt have a personal representative anymore, I sort ot adopted Mr. Harris as my agent. He was very polite and took control of my problem and resolved my problem. Mr. Harris reinstated my membership and updated my policy which still had a car that I had asked previously asked to be excluded. I was very pleased with Mr. Harris which in turned made me happy with AAA even after they left a car on my policy that I asked to be excluded.

Was there to pick up travel information only, I was kind of made to feel like a rush and out the door !! At an earlier visit wasted half an hour of my time to get a Passport Photo , that miserably failed !
