Worse experience ever. The staff, one in particular, was extremely rude and lacked customer service experience. She clearly does not know how to multitask. I suggest you use the guy that sits by the door or the women that sits all the way to the end. You cant miss this rude and arrogant person -- she has on a pound and a half of make-up, and is extremely, extremely slow. I do not recommend using them if you are college educated -- youre better off using more classier service where professionalism and customer service relationship are their utmost priority.

I was extremely disappointed to see a review like that. Bobbies Travel Agency has been the most wonderful travel experience I have ever encounter. The prices I was quoted have always been competitive and most importantly, she is incredibly knowledgeable. I also have referred many family and friends to her and they all spoke very highly or her. This is the worst place i have ever gone too. They are not helpful at all. I am not treated like a person here, you can see they only want my money. I rather go to Richmond Hill where the travel agents care more about me than my money. I will never buy another ticket from Bobbies EVER AGAIN.

really good service, I called to check the prices then in the evening I booked on their website.It is very user friendly. Not congested like some other sites. I will use again, nice to know I can book on the web with a locally known travel agent.

This Agency is great, I dont understand why someone would give this place less than a 5. I worked with the travel agent Mark Ramnath. He was incredibly polite and he ended up finding me a great deal!
