I was referred to call this place by a family member to book a trip. The lady who picked up the phone (I think Georgia was her name) was so BEYOND rude. I was on hold for 7 minutes. I then hung up to call back and inform her that the agent can call me back when she was available, as I was at work & could not stay on my phone long. The girl picks up and immediately says "please hold" with no greeting. I held again for another 3.5 minutes. I hung up, and called again and rather than picking up & greeting, I was just put on hold immediately. I wonder how these business expect to survive when they have workers like that? Do you know how easy it is to buy a ticket online? It takes at MOST 5 clicks, and it doesnt take a crappy customer service representative to ruin your day. I would rather pay $500 more for a ticket online than to speak to deal with BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never recommend this place.
