My wife and I visited the Marion office to book a trip for our 50th wedding anniversary. We talked with Tiffany and she made the process so easy. We had been looking online but there was too much information so we decided to talk with someone at AAA to help guide us through the process. That was a very good decision on our part. Tiffany was able to answer all our questions and gave us information we could review before making our choice. We also felt good about having a contact at AAA incase we encountered any problems while on the trip. We love the destination we picked. This is an important trip for us and using AAA has taken the stress out of it. Thanks Tiffany for a job well done.

The service, as always was great. The staff is always helpful. That is the first time I have been in there since the remodel. The front counter is way too high for comfort. Youd have to be about 8 tall to be able to use that counter. It was always much more comfortable before the remodel, you could actually sit at a desk with one of the customer service reps & be comfortable while they got what you need & I would be more likely to ask for further assistance if I could sit down like before. As I said, staff is wonderful. What I disliked was the new set up for service.

I called in to get a Triptik on the day I was leaving for an unexpected trip. They were very accommodating. My husband went to pick up the Triptik and didnt want to wait, he was not happy about running that errand. The ladies in the store won him over and it was a pleasant experience for all. June at the Marion store is my travel agent. She is very professional, knowledgable and friendly! My husband and I traveled to Alaska this past summer and she arranged everything for us. It was a perfect trip! The Marion Store also has a very nice supply of travel merchadise!

I mostly go to the store when I need maps or travel books. The new store layout means no waiting for people to book their Alaskan cruise or European vacation when I stop in to pick up a couple of maps! Much faster, easier, efficient. Love it!
