I called ask for travel service the agent said she would return my call in 24 hours with an itinerary . ......................its been a WEEK! !! My next step is to go into the office. ..... Well we will see what happens next Ok part 2 I went into the office and the Agent that help me was very nice she Angie was very pleasant and patient especially with my children very accommodating helped with the perfect vacation cant wait to go. Had an issue where my insurance premium went up $60 a month. No one seemed to be able to tell me why. I then waited to talk to my Agent Bryant Jones. He also had no answers for me. Said he had to escalate the issue to higher ups and would call back in 2 days. Its been a week no and no response. I will be cancelling soon as the service is just terrible.

My father been when them for over 25 years before he passed away. My mother took over so they been customers for over 30 years. She had a kitchen fire in April and its September and they are still working on her kitchen. The amount of time it taking you couldve sworn the whole house was on fire. This is sad.

I was greeted immediately and had a short wait to get help with maps and routing information for a road trip. I always travel with maps since Ive had a GPS failure and want a backup plan. The AAA staff member was very pleasant and supplied me with the travel information I needed.
