Imam jako lose iskustvo! Narucila sam kartu iz Amerike za Zagreb, 7 mjeseci ranije.Situacija se promjenila,i trbala sam promjeniti kartu.Problemi su poceli!Na postojecu kartu, koja je iznosila 1210 USD,sluzbenica mi je rekla da trebam nadoplatiti jos 600 USD.To mi je bilo preskupo, posto se karte mogu kupiti po 1000 USD.Zatrazila sam da mi se novci vrate.Kazna mi je 480 USD.Jos ima 2 mjeseca do datuma kada sam trebala putovati,tako da oni tu kartu mogu bez problema prodati.Vlasnik kompanije nece da mi se javi na telefon.Nemam se kome zaliti, i pitanje je dali ce mi i ove novce vratiti.Cista pljacka!

I have used this agency many times. The service is superb. They can always find the best rates because of the relationship they have with the airlines. It also offers notary services, translations and Boris serves as a radio host on the Croatian radio in NYC (sat at 91.5 fm). This is an agency our community is proud of. I will never use anyone else.

This agency is a gem, hidden in Steinway in Queens. They are extremely professional, and quick to deliver anything you need. They organized a cruise in Croatia for us a while ago, and it was phenomenal.
