This was our first time at this AAA location. We only waited about two minutes for a person to sit us down and handle our needs. We just retired and needed information on some winter camping locations in Arizona and maybe something on Texas. They were most helpful and gave us trip tour books to help narrow down our search. We now have some good direct and can plan our trip with confidence. Thank you AAA Grove City! We know where to start the next time. Brent and Dotty

My husband and I always wanted to go west by train. Linda at the "AAA " in Grove City was not only helpful in securing our trip, but stayed over her lunch hour to cross all the ts and and dot the is.. She even suggested some things to decrease some of the costs but enhancing the trip. With the complete packet she prepared for us we are deeply grateful and thankful that she was our agent.

I found AAA very useful in helping me file a request for a warranty that I had purchased the evening before when my battery died. The AAA staff person prepared the paperwork and made me a copy of the receipts and attachments which were filed on a claim regarding the battery. I appreciated the AAA trainee who assisted me. She was very professional.

This was my first time to this location. I didnt have to wait to be greeted and hardly 1 minute before the woman came to assist me. She was most helpful in gathering the Tour Book I wanted and brought several other booklets on the areas I was interested in. I would recommend this location to everyone.
