I have been buying tickets from Mudra Travels for over 10 years now ( mostly to the UK and India) and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of service and responsiveness from this agency. Their prices are always the best and I know I can trust them. They will work with you on complex itineraries and specific Airline preferences ...heartily recommend them to anyone looking for International travel, especially to SE Asia. UPDATE 12/2017 " Just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service Patel provided when I was stuck in MSP due to a name issue which the Delta airline counter staff were unable to address satisfactorily. Patel was on the phone with me for over an hour helping me coach the agents whose knowledge was extremely limited. Even after I reached India, Patel stayed in touch and helped me secure a refund from the airline. His customer service was beyond exemplary and in these times when everything is online and it is impossible to reach a human , this kind of attention is what sets an agent apart.

I had booked tickets with them last year and they provided me rock bottom prices for travel to India. but that is not it. I had to change my travel plans due to visa issues and they handled it very smoothly and guided me through the whole process (I would have called them like 6-7 times but they didnt annoyed :) and answered all my questions. these guys know their business well ! Also, once I paid for the tickets, after 3-4 days they called me and said they are returning some $$ back to my account because the price went down (for my itinerary) and they felt it was only prudent to return that money back to me...I havent heard any travel agent do that ever. So I guess that speaks for their honesty and customer service. I also follow Patel bhais post on a travel forum where he shares insights about changes in travel industry and also provides guidance to people on what is a good price to pay for travel to India (depending on time of the year, airlines etc). So thats a good community service too. Keep it up Mudra !

I cant believe the turn-around, arrangements, quality of service, best air-fare. I didnt even looked what airlines, and how many hours to travel and connecting flight details. When I shown up at the airport, I learned it was the fastest route and my friends were shocked to get such lowest air-fare in short turn-around. My friend recommended Mudra Travels for booking flight tickets, mentioning they are a good travel agent. I booked the tickets from Chennai to Dallas through them. On the day of travel, due to health reasons, my family couldnt able to travel. I have asked them to reschedule the ticket for next month, even though i contacted them few hours before actual flight travel. And I called them at 3 am. :) Without any hesitation,they helped me rescheduled the ticket at much comfortable date. And they modified my payment in such a way that i paid very less amount from my pocket for new tickets. They took care of immediate payments and i paid them only a week later. Even though i knew them only for few days, they took care like my own family. Experience like this happens only once in lifetime and this is the best travel experience i ever had. I definitely recommend them for all my family and friends. Mudra Travels - You guys are the best!

I had a wonderful experience with Mudra Travels the last time I had an India travel. My case was unique. I had an urgent travel plan to India (had to book tickets just 2 days before travel) AND I have to travel on Advance Parole (pending greencard. painful since cannot travel thru most of Europe due to transit visa req). Everywhere I searched(websites, travel agents), I found tickets pricing from anywhere between $2000 to $2600. Finally I contacted Mudra travels. I am glad I did. Rajesh was very considerate about my price range and also about my visa requirement. He finally gave me an itinerary via Zurich (For India PP holders, transit visa is not required) for a price under $1450 per person. I sincerely want to thank Mudra travels for assisting me with the India travel booking. I definitely recommend booking through Mudra travels.

I booked through Mudra travels twice for my tickets to India. They provide information about all possible connections and deep discounted ticket prices. The very important and most impressive aspect of Mudra travels is their service. My family got stuck in Dallas for a day and airlines does not want to give a onward ticket for next two weeks. Mudra travels was very helpful and worked hard to get the ticket for the next day for the same flights. I could have lost my ticket without their help. One of the best travel agents I have worked with. I used to book on my own but 6 years back I tried Mudra travels and have ever since only used them. Customer service is awesome and I can bank on them to help resolve any issue. They helped book tickets for my parents and were really accommodative in moving the return dates when required: I have never been able to get a cheaper ticket even when I have tried using or validating the price with other vendors; now I have stopped wasting my time and not worrying about the price at all. I know I am getting the best deal
