Dont use this store!!! Let me start with saying that i shipped a package with no issues. Then i get a call from the recepient, saying the package was damaged. I called ups directly.. Now heres the catch. If you use the ups store to ship it makes you the third party.(not the shipper) Which means ups will not disclose any information on your claim to you. You must call the store that shipped it. Which i did. After a month of phone calls (all of which i made, they never once returned a call or made one to me) I finally recieved a refund for the shipping. Ups itself accepts no responsibility and just refers me to the store. The store gives no info and no help. Two hundred dollars in damage and i get nothing but a check for shipping, no explanation or reimbursement for damages at all. Do Not Use The UPS Store!!!! Or at least the one in NSB!! They are dishonest and will take your money and cheat you!!! I only hope with New Smyrna being a small town that this will get out and the store will close!!! Liars and Cheats!!

I needed the to print a return label for me but they have not had internet service for days already therefore they were unable to complete the service for me not to mention that their shipping is not cheap. I had to drive another 20 miles to another location to get this done. The ladies who work there are very nice, however a sort of business like this should not be having this issue for so many days and not get it fixed.

Bad experience twice. I needed one page printed, but they "must" charge 2.99 on top of the printing fee. So one page was over $4. Then I needed something notarized, but that person only comes in the afternoon. Maybe you should advertise "services available when we decide to show up"! Awful place, find somewhere else.
