Absolutely worst service Ive ever had from a business. They cant deliver a package by the "guaranteed" date, which if it was on a Friday, they expect you to pay extra to get it by Saturday, even if it is past their "guarantee," because you have to pay extra for Saturday shipping. They lose your packages far more frequently than is even close to acceptable, and then make up lies to cover for it. They told me that I couldnt get my package because I moved, even though Ive lived there for 2 years and had not moved. Had they actually attempted to deliver the package, they wouldve seen that. Instead, they lied and blamed the maintenance man, saying that he told the driver I moved, which is a conversation that absolutely never actually took place. Furthermore, if you live in an apartment, dont count on getting your package when youre supposed to. They always just dump the packages in the main office instead of delivering it to your door like theyre supposed to. Just another way they avoid getting you your package by that "guaranteed date." And if you try to talk to customer service about anything, you get the most generic, useless responses that let you know, they really dont care about providing even decent service. I have called them and they have told me they "fixed" the problem, only to find out the next day that absolutely nothing was done. Save yourself the hassle and use any other company.

They attempted to say my address was invalid and they could not deliver the package. The address is a valid US Postal service address.I get mail via USPS daily. I called to say I would pick it up at the store and was advised that was fine they would pull it from the truck. I arrived at the store, which is not a short trip from my home, only to find that they did not pull it from the truck as they said they would. Not only that, but they were not going to attempt to deliver it again until the following day and they have to attempt to deliver it 3 times before I could pick it up at the store. So my 2nd day air mail took me over a week to receive. The customer service rep was eating and smacking on her food while I gave her my tracking number and I had to give it to her 2 times before I finally just handed her my phone so she could look at it herself. UPS is horrible I have never had a good experience with them. You cant even leave them a note to leave your package at the door or with a neighbor because the policy is for the driver to ignore notes. They are horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone for any reason.

The worst experience ever. Customer service provides the most inconsistent information and then was told my package was at the HUB only to find out they lost it. How do loose it overnight? The customer service at the customer service center is horrendous. Instead of talking so much she should work and open the doors on time. I was there at 7:45 , they open at 8:30 and they were late didnt get in until after 8:40. Then she had the audacity to argue back and forth with me the customer when my package was lost in their possession. I paid $25 extra to have it overnighted and that was a bad judgement call on the driver whom could have left it at my home bc it did not require a signature. He also was outside of his timeframe that was provided. Then to say it will be investigated and can take 8 days. Never again! These ppl are a joke. I was also expecting a call back from someone by 4 pm. And that never happened.

Called UPS customer service and they could only give me the information that I saw on the screen with the tracking number. I asked if any confirmation could be made with the terminal the package was at and was told that the terminals do not have phone numbers. All of this after the driver yesterday put a false statement in the tracking stating that where they were delivering to was closed for a holiday (the place was not closed and the truck was seen just driving through the parking lot and leaving by the person that was supposed to receive the package). The customer service line is not geared towards any type of customer service, but is more of a place where information that is already known is just re-iterated.

Im currently waiting outside of this location along with a line of about 8 other people. Its currently 8:50 am and the hours on the door state 8:30-6:30. The doors are locked and no one can be seen inside. Calling their number routes to a call center where a representative suggested patience as a strategy to deal with the fact they they are 20 minutes late opening. I would rather be at work making money, instead Im here retrieving a second box that they failed to inform me was also here when I came just yesterday. This is after having a package delayed by a day because my delivery change instructions were "never received." Its 8:53 now. Still being patient. Thanks UPS.

Could they make it more difficult to receive packages? This is on the outskirts of the city and away from where the city is expanding from what I can tell. The building customer service entrance is somewhat hidden and the building is tucked away as well. The people have been helpful when I have to go here. The hours are absolutely not customer friendly if you have a job and/or need to travel from the east side of town. The fact that that they do not offer the option to leave packages at a single-person residence, coupled with the poor location and hours, forces me to advise anyone to find a better carrier.

They was suppose to deliver a package to me on a Tuesday. It said the package was at the facility on Monday night. They said the delivery date change to Wed due to adverse weather conditions. The weather was perfect. It snowed a week ago and since then the snow melted and I have had other packages delivered. In fact I had another package delivered from them that same Tuesday so its not like they couldnt make it to the house. Not only that but seems like they will NEVER answer the phone. Everytime I call the location it just rings without an answer.

Pissed all the way OFF! I paid for 2nd day air (to arrive on Thursday, January 12, 2017). My package will not arrive until Monday, January 16, 2017! Absolutely no courtesy for a mistake THEY made! According to "THEM" my package is on a trailer with thousands of other packages and would be impossible to find. I could care less about 2000 OTHER packages. I need my 1! I have a business to run and cannot tell my customers that their products are unavailable because of UPS negligence! GET IT TOGETHER, suckers!

What good is a shipping center for packages that cant be delivered to customers homes thats basically only open during normal business hours? The time listed by google is wrong, UPS themselves says its basically only open until 6:30. Considering that youre only interacting with this place if the drivers have already failed you, this is not a good sign. The entire UPS corporation could declare final bankruptcy tomorrow and I would not shed a tear.
