Had someone at my home ALL DAY to sign for a package that was sent overnight with a guaranteed 8PM delivery. At 7:55, with no package delivery in sight, I checked the tracking. At 7:50 PM they updated to show that no one was home and that a door slip was left. NO DELIVERY WAS EVER ATTEMPTED! No slip was ever left. I called customer service, and was very rudely told that there was absolutely nothing they could do. That the local shipping center closed at 7:30 and that there was no one left in the facility. I asked why delivery was never even attempted, and they tried to claim it was until I said I could prove otherwise. Then I was given the excuse that "maybe the driver forgot it and only saw the package when he got back to the station". Why offer 8PM guaranteed if your stations arent even open that late? Or cant even answer as to why they didnt deliver. Now I have to waste my gas and drive 20 miles to go pick up my package tomorrow or have to wait until Tuesday to get it delivered again!

I have a new home. after the first day my tracking says "undeliverable incorrect address" I contacted their "Customer service" to see what the issue was. I was told it was a wrong address and they could not deliver. I informed them this was a newly built home, the address was correct and I even put a status with them with exact driving directions and my personal number incase the driver needed to contact me further. next day, same exact thing. except this time, the "customer service" said they couldnt do anything for me. either pick it up or contact the company I purchased from. never mind I paid for to home shipping. nothing but bad experiences from a bad company.

We were guaranteed delivery by 12, and we had friends stay at our house to sign for package. At 11:55, there was still no package so I checked the tracking and it said they had delivered at 9:00 and no one was home! That was NOT TRUE! I called customer service and was told they would send it back out and would call within 2 hours. I said that we were driving by the facility and we could pick it up, but she assured me it would come back out. Of course that didnt happen. We were called and told we would have to pick up because the driver left for the day. I will NEVER use FedEx.

Many times they have literally thrown my things on my porch and had to take things back .Torn packaging on its side , just pathetic. We try to look to see if business use them or pick up ourselves. Sometimes after i hear the crash and see them leaving they speed off. Only one service lady rang the bell and was quite gracious in the many years. Not to mention when used in junction with usps, it takes so long to get it to USPS. Just go straight USPS or UPS. Better results every time. If i end up going to the store( if we can) whats the purpose right?

If you are the type of person who wants a company that is easy to work with and will be glad to assist you with a shipping problem , than fedex will not be for you. But if you like being ignored and never called back after making 10-12 calls for assistance, than fedex is the company for you. If you enjoy being belittled and treated as if they were doing you a favor for something you have paid for , the management at the west columbia sc queens parkway shipping hub will be glad to assist you.

How is this company still in business??? First of all, it takes longer than any other carrier to ship and deliver. You cant count on them for fast shipments. Then, they do it their way. Today I got a package at 7,30 AM!! And they rung the bell of the house and woke me up and ruined my vacation day. Who is going to compensate for their lack of consideration to others?? People need to sleep and not open the door not even for a package! Never ring me bell again!

Fedex lost my passport so that I cant go abroad to do my internship. They never called me during the whole two-week investigation, even though they said they would call me a million times. Then they only paid $100, but in my case the total cost is way more than that. The worst thing is that, without noticing me, Fedex sent the check to the shipper, not me. But Im the one who lost the passport and who paid for everything!

I have had numerous problems with FedEx deliveries. I have contacted their customer service departments as well as gone down to the local delivery center to try to rectify these delivery issues. Today I had to track down a package that was listed as "delivered to my front door yesterday". I finally found it wrapped in a plastic bag in the bushes near my mailbox...I am through with FedEx. They are consistently horrible.

THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST IN THE WORLD !!! SHUT THEM DOWN I DONT UNDERSTAND !! I tracked my shipment since day 1. The First representative told me I wouldnt be receiving my package until Friday. 30min later I check my shipment again and it says basically my package has been delivered no one was available. I complained and they caught attitudes with me !!

Worse experience I have ever had with any postal service. Was giving the wrong information numerous times causing me to miss my delivery. Customer service was no help what so ever and was even hung up on at once. I would not advise anyone to do business with this FedEx or any other. They will never receive business from me again.

They cant deliver a package without some kind of drama involved. Just got off the phone with a "customer service" employee. It would have been funny if it wasnt so annoying. The clueless guy used a fake accent until he started yelling at me. Then he hung up on me.*sigh* UPS comes here at least once a week with no problems.

Sitting in my yard waiting for a package and the driver goes by. 5 minutes later goes back by. I check by tracking and it says he attempted to deliver but no one was home. Idiot went to the wrong house and now Im late for a meeting out of town because of this idiot.

If i could give 0 stars i would. They cant do anything if its not unpalletized. And a guarantee means nothing to them. I understand that problems arise. But if you cant keep your word then thats pretty sorry. Guaranteed on Friday wont be delivered till Monday.

Worst service ever!!!!!! I have business and had something for Saturday delivery and they delivered it before we opened then tried to call customer service and they were rude and told me I will get my packages Tuesday not even Monday! Im so furious!!!!!

Didnt indicate that I needed to pick up package. Just left the blank sticker on my door. Paid for "next day service" on a Saturday...didnt attempt to deliver until Wednesday, then said I wasnt home. Worst service EVER...and this isnt the first time.
