FEDEX lost my package, for three days I have been calling , and every time they give me the run around. Either they are CLUELESS or they are hiding something. It was not my choice , the sender sent it via FEDEX, I never had this problem with UPS or USPS. It is a very important and time sensitive document, it was delivered to the wrong address, FEDEX recovered the package , yet NO ONE has the slightest idea the whereabouts of this package. Despite the fact that the package was returned to their office on Wendover Rd, I was told that they have to check with Memphis, TN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every time I call to check on an update, they tell me it take 48 hours, or some one would call me in two hours, it has ben 72 hours and as of this moment the timer started all over again now and had to wait another 48 hours....SO LONG FEDEX...you really suck.

I was expecting a delivery from Amazon to my apartment today in Charlotte, NC. It says delivered at 10:59am to my leasing office and signed by Kmccants. My package is not at the leasing office, my mailbox, or in front of my door. There is no one by that name Or would have signed with that name that works at my leasing office, so my package is no where to be found. So fed ex....where is my $52 package?

The manager and assistant is very rude. They told me conflicting information about my packages. The manager was not friendly or willing to help. She sounded as if she had a speech disability or she wwas high. Either way it was very unprofessional.

I was in line and ready to check out when the employee decided to just walk off and leave and then the manager did not offer to help when I asked to be rung up. Never had this bad of an experience before with FedEx.

OH MY GOD I AM TRYING TO GET MY FIRE DEPARTMENT RADIO AND THEY CANT GIVE ME AN EXACT UPDATE AND CAN NOT TELL ME WHERE THE PACKAGE IS. I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND AND THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL USE THIS SERVICE
