First of all I scheduled a delivery on a Friday and then they call me on a Saturday at 8:00 pm to ask to schedule for the delivery??? They are obviously not organized. Then, I called back on a Sunday and as I am talking the customer rep lady interrupted me and said: Your name? I told her my name and she said I dont see you here. I had to specify the order details and spell out my name for her to finally find me and tell me the order had been scheduled and that she didnt know why they had called me to schedule again... Finally we hung up and 2 seconds later she calls me back asking if I called her bruta???!!! I really dont understand how this company selects their employees. They are disrespectful and unorganized.

Very bad logistics, they promise to deliver one day but dont do it, then they said tomorrow and nothing happens. Got to call them several times to get them to call me. Bad service.
