I simply cant believe in this economy that any bad service places still exist. Can the manager and the staff... the culture sucks. Placed an order at 2pm, told it would be ready around 6pm. Called at 7:30pm to check status and find out it is now going to be ready in the morning. I polietly explained that was not acceptable nor what it was what was quoted. More specifically, I would have gone elsewhere if they could not meet the very specified deadline (it had to be done tonight). Trust me, I will go elsewhere in the future... and this hub needs to close. The stafff was beyond rude so much it made me want to just go and get my order and walk out with the sincere hopes a manager would FINALLY reach out.... but they have to finish the order first... and we have not even touched the quality yet.

A&G Catering

When we ordered our prints online and drove almost an hour to come to the location, the lady, PJ was extremely rude to us and said that because our prints were not due until midnight, that they werent going to print them until then. Mind you, it is 9:30pm and this lady is expecting us to either stand here while she hangs out until midnight or she suggested we come back tomorrow. The other lady that was there, Kristen agreed to go ahead and have the documents printed for me since I drove almost an hour to come to this location.

I dropped off a package with a reprinted label in order to return some clothes I got online. The place was somewhat busy and the girl seemed flustered... She said to leave the package, I was good. Package was never shipped back and I dont have a receipt to prove it. I lost a good bit of money. Ironically this same week fedex effed up another order too. FedEx will NEVER get business from me personally for the rest of my life. UPS all the way... And heck, even USPS dances circles around them.

Slow service, only had one guy in for the two hours I was stuck there. He messed up my 24x20 poster four times and even tried to get me to do my own print. When I asked him tp properly pack it between cardboard to keep it flat and safe he rolled it up and scratched it I had to go to another fedex to fix my issues. I advise everyone not to go to the fedex. The one on sardis road has much better service and they handle all their orders with care.

I had the most wonderful experience because of a few employees there. Im not sure what the managers name or if he was even the manager, but they were very helpful and got me on my way and I greatly appreciate that because Ive had some awful experiences at FedEx Kinkos. I would suggest you to go to this establishment and rather than some of the others in town.

Stood there for 30 mins no service. Called FOUR times. Still no service. Called customer service and he told me to drive 30 mins to another one even know I was STANDING INSIDE this one. He even called still no answer. A waste of my time and Ill never use fedex ever again !

Poorly store in the Charlotte area. I could have went to my office 15 minutes out of the way to print documents sent because the customer service and performance in the store is bad. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!

Employees who promise with no intention to keep the promise. Botching up jobs. Your time has no value while 2 employees walk around doing nothing. Go there if you like to be abused.

This location is near my house and every time I go they are warm and friendly. They know my name and are always helpful with my shipping and faxing needs.

Worst service ever! Staff is SO rude (Especially the guy). Seems like he never wants to work. Avoid it if you can!
