Went today for Mothers day Dinner very disappointed in over all experience it took 4 TIMES sending back to get order correct ... How hard is it to make ONE soft taco ONE hard taco FLAT TOP the beef in each one an add the toppings Minus the jalapeno... 2nd order was TWO HARD tacos FLAT TOP the beef in each one add all toppings ... Jose who was the mgt made my husband an I feel like it was our fault the order was wrong didnt offer anything while we waited also had to go to counter for drink refills .... Also mgt DID NOT came back to table to see if everything was correct after delivering the finally order to table it wasnt that busy at the time of our visit we sat an watched staff walk by us several times without askin if we needed anything .. We have been reg customers at Pinellas Park location an 4th st. ( Corey Trapani) Where the staff was EXCELLENT an Friendly every visit ... Not sure we would recommend this location to our Friends...

This location has consistently disappointed me. They have messed up orders on multiple occasions. They have even messed it up twice in the same visit. I have waited for more than a half hour for an order, only for it to be wrong. I have had frequent interactions with the GM, Stephanie. She has stated, "Why do they always mess up your order?" It is clear to me that the staff at this location is incompetent. I have given them too many chances and will no longer be visiting this location or any other. It is a waste of time and money.

Its a perfect example of polished garbage. It looks awesome on the inside but once I got my food. Disappointing. And by a lot. I dont know how this place is still going. The food was cold and my kids meals didnt even have enough for what it was worth. I cant believe it has this such of a high rating. Also the only way this place has such high ratings are more than likely anonymous people who are getting payed to rate it well or they work there. This place is horrible. The water even tasted like rust! BAD FOOD!!

I come here regularly. My girlfriend recently came up from Boca Raton, and the first place she wanted to eat at was Tijuana Flats. Im not going here for super-authentic Mexican street food, Im going for essentially what Taco Bell does on steroids and a higher level of quality. I get it. Every time. The staff could ease up a bit, yesterday we were asked about drink refills some six times within twenty minutes.

Today: They have officially lost us as customers. After waiting 45 min for takeout only to find out that they screwed up our order AGAIN, we give up. Weve given too many second chances. They just dont care about accuracy or customer service. Go elsewhere. 3 months ago: Highly recommend. It is always clean and the staff is always super friendly and prompt. Oh and the food is always delicious! Come hungry!

NEVER order the food for pickup. I ordered my food and I was there when they said it would be ready. I waited there for 30 minutes inside Tijuana flats before they brought me my food. And there was only 2 tables with people eating. Just go show up and order to go if you want to dine out because they dont even start making your food until you pay.

We go every Tuesday as a family- love taco Tuesday! We love it! The staff is wonderful and after just a couple times, they remember your name and order. The service is great and we love the food. The kids meal is the same amount of food that I get as an adult, but priced less - great value. Its my 2 year olds favorite restaurant!

Unfortunately theyve changed the menu and Im not a fan anymore. I used to love the Tijuana Chicken and black bean burrito... Now you have Chipotle or Blackend chicken, both are ok, but not as good as however they used to make the chicken. Ive tried other items and its just not as good as it used to be. Pretty bummed about it.

Disgusting!!!!!!! Got sick!!! Was up all night in the bathroom!!! The food is not even real mexican food, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!! Never going to Tijuana Flats again!! They dont even give you real utensils! Its all plastic! Very cheap! Not good for a first date....or a second, nor a third....well basically NEVER is it good!!

The food and atmosphere are wonderful! You can always count on the food to be consistent every time you come and the staff is always friendly... I have been eating at Tijuana Flats since the first one in Orlando at University and Dean. My family eats here at least 2 times a week. We cant get enough! Thank you

Food is always cooked well - always ask for chips on the side to avoid getting 5 chips in a to-go order which end up soggy if packed with a meal. Service is generally very good. In my third trimester, Id go all the time - just for their ice! They would give me a bag to help with my ice craving.

I live nearby and have frequented this location for the past 2 years. Great, friendly service every time Ive been there. The food is prepared well, tastes great and the sauce bar is awesome. I dont understand the bad reviews; I have never had a bad experience at this location.

We go here almost every Tuesday. Most of the staff changes too much to give a full review of the service, but we are almost always pleased with the food and service here. I also really appreciate their Tampa Bay Lightning deal on Thursdays for wearing Lightning fan apparel.

This is a chain, but you would never know it. I had great food and greater service. Their selection of hot sauces is unmatched but any joint in the area. They proudly serve quality Mexican food. I enjoyed my meal there and I am willing to wager that you will too.

Food is pretty decent, forget ever getting a refill. This is a self serve Tijuana flats apparently. Make sure you ask for light or no ice unless you want 90% of your cup to be ice, which is great because no one will ever offer a refill.

Second time at the Lakeland location, great food. Im definitely NOT a fan of Mexico food, never ate at taco Bell but the food here is really good. Love the steak chimichoga and steak burrito and theyre quite large. Ill be back.

Very good service!!!!! Ill give that a 5*. But the food I really dont know what part of Mexico they have visited because the food is really bland the ships have some kind of salty seasoning I will not eat here again

Well the nachos I got were terrible I ended up vomiting that night. I came back and got the tacos and ended up sick that night also. Any other Mexican restaurant will not make me sick just Tijuana Flats.

Yummy food. Great staff. Fun place to eat at. Love all the memorabilia stuff on the walls and ceiling to look at. The salsa bar is delicious and its fun to read the silly names they gave them.
