Chipotle is one of the few places I am able to eat vegan on the go (sofritas are awesome!). I was so disappointed and disgusted by this location. After a half hour wait (which is fine), its finally my turn. I get my brown rice, black beans and sofritas and then move down to the other half... HOLY $#*@! It was disgusting and they had no regard to cross contamination. There was cheese and sour cream and meat all over the counter and pretty much in all the toppings.it was an absolute mess and no one was making an effort to clean it. They just kept wiping it off to the side in a pile. Since Im vegan, I dont eat cheese or sour cream. I have never had a problem at any of the other locations. I wasnt able to get the other toppings I wanted because there was cheese and sour cream spilled all in them. When I told them I was going to pass on the toppings, they just sat my bowl down in a clump sour cream and put the lid on, with their sour cream covered gloves. I understand this is a new location and they are still trying to get the hang of things but cross contamination is one thing that shouldnt be an issue. Its kind of a big deal. I will not be going back to this location till they get some better training.

Not a single employee in the restaurants smiled or even greeted me. As I walk to the counter I was simply asked with a solemn what can I get you. I tell the young lady a steak burrito she then proceeds to ask me which beans and other toppings I want with an upset demeanor, and then ask me which meat I want again. I repeat that I want a steak burrito with all of the toppings except for guacamole. The young lady tells me that the guacamole will cost extra, so I repeat that I want all the toppings except for guacamole. After she slaps all the ingredients into the burrito she attempts to roll it causing the burrito rip. She sighs outloud, gets another shell and empties 60% of the food onto the new shell. If Im paying $8 for a burrito I want a hundred percent of the burrito so I politely ask if they can simply remake it. The server slams her hands down, looks at me and rolls her eyes before throwing the burrito in the trash. I will not dine in this establishment again.

Waited in line for a good hour, and after all thats waiting it was horrible :-( Im military so Ive move around a lot and no matter what chipotle has always been my #1 spot to eat I was very excited to find out one had opened in my location but boy it was a let down!!!! They are known for there HUGE burritos, & they gave me hardly no meat, nasty rice, smashed beans & the burrito was so tiny i could of ate 2 back to back, Taco Bell is packing more meat into there burritos then this chipotle location THATS CRAZZZZY! I understand they just opened but come on hire more staff, The trash shouldnt be over flowing inside & outside someone should always be on top of that! I wont be visiting this location again but I will be visiting the Tampa location because Heyy chipotle is amazing under the correct management!!!!!

Im giving this location three stars only because I was unable to order on line for some reason. I learned from my first visit to order ahead so I called and the service was great and the food and order as accurate and really good. Everything was prepared without going through the line where ingredients get messy. Those poor employees! They couldnt fit anymore behind the counter if they wanted to and the line is non stop and all day. Maybe Chiptole should have a New Port Richey location as well since this was is exploding. Funny...Taco Bell was empty both times I went to this Chiptole (Taco Bell is next door) and nobody was in the drive through. Growing pains but getting better.

I had the most horrific experience about a month ago. I was at the time 7 months pregnant and CRAVED Chipotle almost daily. Today 8/15/2017 about a month later I could no longer go without having a taco. So I called management at this location (of course they remembered me), and he made sure that we were completely taken care of today!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SEAN!!! As to Sabrina (your cashier) she should respect her manager a little more when he is trying to help instead of her rude snotty attitude.

This chipotle is still new. And people need to realize there has never been a chipotle in pasco county until this one. And therefore naturally some new employees will be completely new to chipotle as a whole. The food is always great. Although they can improve on their pinto beans and carnitas but if I get too little of something, I kindly ask for more and theyre always great about it. I actually like how theres so many bad reviews... Less of a line for me ;)

First chipotle store that Ive ever frequented! Will never go back or recommend anyone to visit this Port Richie location portions and service are so poor I dont see how anyone continues to eat lunch at this place this is the worst chipotle that Ive ever been to! Looking at all the bad reviews on Google and yelp Im surprised corporate hasnt stepped in and cleaned house sorry for the bad review but something has to give and hopefully they make changes soon

I also agree with other reviews, the service is very slow and unorganized. Im hoping with time it will get better. There was just too many inexperienced people on the line and no one was managing the chaos. I too saw some cross contamination issues so I hope at least that gets fixed asap. The food was good overall even though the portions didnt measure up to other Chipotles. Will give it one more shot tonight and hope its better.

The new poor ppl are trying to work the line as fast as they can but no one wants to help them. The white guy with glasses and girl with double braded pony tails were playing around doing nothing joking and playing in front of this long ass line. Just went through the line. They are VERY disorganized. I could go on with the bad things, but some ppl are trying to work hard and I feel bad for them.

I agreed with the last review from Adam M. Its a new place, theyre still learning the process but our food was great. The burrito sizes were bigger than normal. The chips were fresh and the staff was very friendly. I will give it another try in a month or so to see if their process has improved. Other than that the place is great!

They have been open for awhile and seem to keep having the same problem. Very slow speed of service and the employees would rather flirt with each other than make food. Also can somebody please teach them how to wear hats. I dont think I should ever see hates on sideways in a professional food establishment.

So everytime I go in the line is out the door but the food is amazing! The 2nd time I visited they had ran out of food and had to make another batch so I was waiting for 45 minutes but they gave us all free drinks and a buy 1 get 1 coupon. Theyre new and slow but Ill give them time to improve.
