Honestly I love Chick-Fil-A, but this is the worse one yet. Their food is NEVER consistent with looks or size. Ive been disappointed MANY times, and when I call to tell them about my experience they never answer the phone. I would honestly say I would rather drive the extra 10-15 mins to Waters or the Mall at Citrus park where your food is CONSISTENT and you dont get crumbs of chicken in your meal. I dont reccommend going here unless they change their foods consistency and start giving real sized pieces of chicken in the grilled nuggets and in the chicken minis. This will be my last time going here.

This restaurant is the best Chick-Fil-A that I have been to. The chicken is never dried out, overcooked, or tiny as some Chick-Fil-As might give you. You are always served a juicy, crispy, big piece of great tasting chicken. They know how to cook it here. The service is always fast and friendly. They have indoor seating, which is clean, and have a childrens play area. On Wednesday is Kids Day, when they have (iirc) face painting and if you order a combo, you get a free kids meal. In sum, the best chicken sandwiches in the area and great service. 5/5.

Service is.always great but what really makes this chick fil A stand out is the little old man who comes in and knows everyone by name. The reason being is because the employees always sees to his needs and are so kind to him. They treat him like family and its one of the beautiful things to see. The respect and compassion these workers show to everyone is beyond magnificent. Great job training these guys!

Found a baby roach in my 11 year olds drink. Called immediately and advised I would bring everything back as we would not be eating it and the manager stated he could not give me a refund but rather send me coupons for a future visit at any Chick-fil-A of our choosing. No thank you! This store ruined Chick-fil-A for me. Also never received the coupons

The service and food has been good but the only issue I have it seems like the cell phones are becoming more important then the work or customers with the ladys that take care of the dinning room ,its like check my phone before anything else I guess they feel like there looks can get them threw it !!!

Restaurant was dirty, no one was in line, and no employees were out cleaning tables. There was about 4 tables of people in the restaurant and ALL other tables were dirty. I cleaned my own table and chairs and never once did an employee offer to do it. I will avoid this Chick Fil A at all costs!!!

Um.... its Chick-fil-A for starters, so amazing food, fastest drive thru I have ever experienced, people outside directing traffic and curbside ordering. 15 cars were ahead of me and I left with fresh hot food from smiling faces in under 5min. Hats off to this branch. I will be a customer for life.

I really love chickfila in general but today this chickfila had the rudest customer service. Usually the people who work for chickfila have outstanding customer service but not at this one. They got my order wrong and then they gave me the attitude. No "my pleasures" at this chickfila.

I eat at the Oldsmar CFA at least once a week and am always greeted nicely and treated well. The food is always tasty but the quantities are sometimes hit or miss depending on how busy they are. My suggestion is to go at 11:00-11:30 for lunch before the crowd arrives.

I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience here. Drive thru when its dead, when its busy, inside in the morning, lunch, dinner, busy or not, good is always right, hot, and everyone that works there is super nice. Honestly a fast food place that deserves five stars.

Them young whipper snappers/ overachiever gave me and my nig the best service of our lives. Nuggets fresh, sundaes cold, fries hot and pride strong. They will all succeed in life I have no doubt in that. I think my friend got mud butt though. But food was fire

We visit this Chick-fil-A often. It is always very clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The service is fast. They have a nice indoor play area for the kids. I definitely recommend this place if you a looking for good fast food.

This location is a great example of a customer focused business. During rush hour they send their staff outside to the drive thru line to take orders face-to-face and move the drive thru THRU at fast pace. Great job!

Great personnel and great food. Is always clean, you can tell the employees are proud of their work. I like the fact that it is a Christian company and they arent ashamed of it. Will continue to eat here often.

Waited 10 min before walking back up to the counter to find out they just forgot about me. They arent even busy. Sandwich was as thin as it could be. Gotta say worst customer service at any chick Ive been to.

Service was horrible, staff was rude and my food was not hot at all. I couldnt even finish my chicken strips they were so hard as were my fries. The palm harbor location on U.S 19 is much better.

Great food and service. Have fun kids nights and support a lot of local charities with events and cow appearances. And you can trade the kids meal toy in for an ice cream cone or cup!!

Amazing food! Breakfast or lunch is great! Only downside..... would definitely be that there is always a wait. Drive thru more so than inside. Worth the yumminess though.
