Ive been eating panera ever since the very first one opened just so happens one of my closest friends was actually a shift manager and moved up to Gm I think it was about 10 years ago so I think I know this establishment well Ive always had a favorite sandwich its the frontega chicken panini probably are this sandwich over a 100 times and I will truly say this location makes it better then anywhere Ive ever been even better than what my friend use to personally make it for me I often get a soup to go 1 time I got to work and realized I had received the wrong soup simple as making a phone call and they put me on a list and completely comp my whole next meal didnt bother asking me to bring that one back told me dont worry about it enjoy that one and next time you come in the next ones on us as for the dining room I hear a lot of people complaining theres not enough tape they cant help that their business exceeds the amount of customers that want to die here every building has a max even compare and Im sure that they have utilized every seat theyre allowed to by law if they put any more seats in Im sure people will be complaining its too crowded as for the service I received Everyone is always cordial I even bring the food to your table its not a restaurant it is more like its a go place that has tables and yet they still deliver it to your table so as for you people that are complaining I think youre just expecting too much because I consider myself an expert on Paneras due to the fact my friend has opened for locations and was the GM of the original one ever open this establishment is running well their portions are pretty large compared to some other Paneras Ive been too I always get my chicken stack high on my sandwich I dont ever have to say anything

Best Panera around! Yes it is a chain but there are subtle differences. They have liquid sugar available to sweeten your iced tea and iced coffee. They have the full variety of flavored teas and lemonade PLUS it is accessible for self serve. I love this because I like to make my own flavor combinations. I buy a snack and a lemonade and hang out here to work. When it is busy most of my favorite chairs and tucked away tables are taken but that is understandable. It does get very busy in here but the staff is efficient. They even bring your order to your table at this location.

I ordered a half salad which was a perfect size since I wasnt too hungry. (Maybe because I ate a cinnamon roll earlier? Nah!) My salad was tasty with strawberries, pineapple, pecans, chicken and lettuce with a light poppyseed dressing. My husband ordered a chicken panini which he enjoyed. You can also order a pastry with a meal for an extra .99. The cons- students sitting at tables with tutors during busy times taking up tables. They are not eating or drinking. Sometimes hard to find a table where the full sun is not coming through.

Restaurant is very dirty. Both in the dining area and what you can see behind the counter. Appeared to be fully staffed and not very busy and still the floor was filthy and littered. I dont just mean a few items on the floor. I mean really littered. The food was decent. However, 1 of my 3 sandwiches was incorrect ( ordered turkey on asiago bread and was served turkey on wheat). Having been to many other Panera locations I was expecting much better. Will not be returning.

We ordered a group broccoli and cheddar soup, plus a LARGE veggie salad. The soup was very good: however; the LARGE salad had not enough for one person,let alone more; there was lettuce, tomatoes and onions, nothing else. I added head lettuce, pine nuts and dried cranberries ina frantic attempt to serve three of us. The lettuce in their salad had turned pink. I had to throw it away, hence the iceberg lettuce. Expensive, We wont be patrons of Panera in the future.

I try to avoid this Panera location. Unfortunately, this is the closest to my home. This stores customer service is lacking. Had Elizabeth as the cashier. Seemed pissed about something and not very friendly. Ordered dozen bagels and she started to throw them into the box. Spoke w/ manager, Michelle(?) and she didnt care. Typical day at this Panera location. Called and shared my feedback w/ the corporate office.

Stopped by to have a cup of coffee and a orange sconce (the best!). Coffe was fresh and hot - appreciate have the time it was brewed - staff was nice and friendly, store was clean as always. Miss have middle age and retirees serving or greeting like in Chicken-Fill-A next door. Nothing against young people on staff, but sometimes they lack warmt, and are distratect, what can be a problem.Think about it Panera!

I go to this Panera Bread all the time and absolutely love it. The staff are so amazing and the food is incredible. They have NEVER gotten my order wrong as long as Ive been going there. Plus they bring your food to u super fast!! Only thing I can recommend is for them to maybe get a few more tables if they had the room. Overall though, incredible place!!

Bring my team here for meetings and am a loyal and frequent Panera customer. Today the woman behind me in line shouted out that she wanted the item I was ordering(the last of a souffle) and because she knew someone there, they set it aside for her(I had already ordered and paid for it) and told me "sorry".

Food is great but no one answers the phones for an order, I even tried the managers phone line and still no answer. My business requires ahead of time orders, if the phones are answered much more frequently it would up my review, this is a major inconvenience.

Come here almost every morning. The morning staff is awesome, love them! Afternoon and evenings get busy so they could use more staff. Over all enjoy the people and the food. Honestly sometimes its the customers that could stand to be a little less rude.....

Bought a dozen bagels and it looked like they swept them off the floor and put them in a box.. they tasted stale and horrible. The staff was unprofessional and said if i didnt like it i had to email corporate. will never give panera another dollar.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The girl Heidi who rang me up was so rude! She told me that my panera card wasnt registered when all in all their panera system was down. I much rather prefer the oldsmar panera.

The food really is good! The restaurant layout isnt great... Tables could certainly be cleaner. The kids meal came with a whole unsliced apple... This came across as lazy. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was killer!

This Panera was the dirtiest one I have seen. It looked as though it hadnt been swept all week. There are stains on the booths and on the carpet that have been there for a while. There were crumbs everywhere.

Service good but still no meat on sandwiches wife had turkey and I had chicken salad. Not worth the money. Very disappointed may asked th o be removed from Reward program. We are leaving still hungry.
