WORST shipping company EVER. They actually deserve negative stars. This is the third time we have received something from this shipping company and I hoped maybe the first two times were a fluke. However, third time is the charm and they still suck. I took Friday off of work and they never showed up. When I called, they said they didnt actually have the item and it would be Monday. Told them I needed to work & they said they would make us the first delivery at 9am. When I called them at 945am, they said the guy was out on a delivery. BUT IM THE FIRST DELIVERY AND HES NOT HERE. Dispatch said they didnt know where the driver was & they couldnt get in touch with him. (Same excuses as the last 2 times. And the last item didnt show up until 7pm - extremely outside of the delivery window.) Now they tell me it wont be here during my delivery window & I have to go back to work this afternoon! Dispatch said the driver cant deviate from his current route & if I wasnt here to sign, they would have to reschedule. BUT I WAS TOLD I WAS FIRST ON THE DELIVERY ROUTE!! This is the most rude & unprofessional company I have EVER seen. How are they still in business? You can be guaranteed that I will do everything possible to NEVER give them my business EVER again. I would rather have paid double for shipping than to have lost this much time at work. Lord knows it would have been alot cheaper in the long run!
