Currently O/O. The staff is friendly. Good training...a lot of info! Youre not alone...If you did not catch it in class the staff is ready to communicate ASAP and answer 24/7. We can choose to go out of service any time as long as we want! You are in control of your route. A lot of east cost. I compared charges from others; I found this to be fewer by far... Equipment is in good condition. The equipment is required to have DOT inspection every 3 mths. Fedex pays for all repairs and wash of their equipment. What I like the most; Organized, quick responses, good communication. You break down they tow you to the delivery at NO charge to you! You pay from delivery to closest repair shop. I know because it happened to me 2 wks after we were hired. Cons; Sometimes no wkds lds. Recommendations; More west coast. Happy Driver!

FedEx Custom Critical "Politically charged work environment operated by a clique that cant manage change" . STAY AWAY FROM THEM . They put all of their contractors on a low flat set rate per mile . So basically have reduced their expediting time critical services to the lowest common denominator looking for wheel holders happy to turn big miles. While they rake big bucks off the top. Not to mention expediting is not really a segment where you turn a lot of miles anyways. But I suppose big companies are trying to change that so it pays nothing like most any other freight. There are consequences for turning down loads. I would look elsewhere. Really not such a good company the smart operators who used to make great money there have all left for better opportunities.

Im kinda in the middle thats why it gets 3 stars, place is clean, high priced cafeteria.. as far as loads... it is what it is, you can see the load board, but cant tell where you are on The regular board.... bummer you cant see express, home and ground board and try to get loads.. would make it better.. They limit certain types of vehicles.. so its basically like all the other companies out there. I take issue with a few things, but Imma let this ride for 6 months... revisit MY situation and decide if Im going to stay... Has improved, so now you can come anytime, rest, take a shower, eat and watch the 15 channels of cable! YEAH.. Hahahaha.

Horrible service, when getting a quote for a CRITICAL shipment I was told several trucks are in the area. I called back with in 15 minutes and book the HOT shipment and was told someone would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes on if they have found a truck. I called after 20 minutes as this is a hot shipment and am told they can not pick up for another 8 - 10 hours.... I dont have 10 hours to wait on a shipment that is hot. I like Panther Premium Logistics a lot more due to the fact that they will let you hold and find a truck before you have to book the shipment. I like the guarantee of know a driver is willing to take the load I need to move.

Experience Depends on if you are an owner op, or if you are working for an owner op, my owner op had no clue what was going on, or how to plan. he would plan an 800 mile run for a team : "I WAS PART OF A TEAM" and then WE would sit for 12 to 14 hours waiting on a load... we got one run to Long beach Cali from Michigan, great run, and then we sat in LA for 2 1/2 days. he kept making excuses, he kept saying it was fed exs fault. I Finally left and when my new job called him he said I Hijacked the truck even though i quit and my team mate stayed with the truck... if you find an Owner Op out of or near Prescott Arizona. BeWaRe! bEwArE! BEWARE!

I personally have not had any problems , the staff works hard to keep you running , yes it might not be the miles you like to have everyday , although we have taken low mile runs at times , and the next run has good mileage to it , for myself FedEx c.c. is definitely the best place place for expediting..
