What a breath of fresh air. I used to have 2 units there until that guy manager took over the property. He was rude and to me racist from the way I heard him talked to the Haitian ladies there. I left because I was ready to strangle him. I went in there recently with my son and saw a young lady working there, Ms Bonbon. I asked her if she were new and she said yes. I asked more questions nut she didnt know why. She was courteous and helpful. That storage is closer to my home so Ill return there. I hope the company keeps her and people like her at their properties. That manager before her was so rude and terrible in every way.

Just wanted to give thanks and notice to Bonbon at this location because her customer service skills is not want u see often these days! She was professional and funny with great knowledge on what she was talking about when it came to selling me a storage, which might I add knew nothing about and made the experience memorable and pleasant, Thank You! Hope everybody that comes to this location has the pleasure of meeting her and having her help to guide someone that was as clueless as I was:)) your awesome! Rented a unit with the help of BonBon. She was really helpful and friendly, genuinely interested in getting me what I needed and not trying to push what I dont need for more money. Units are clean and it looks like fresh paint on the buildings maybe? I know the area is not great but I feel confident that they can secure my things. They hourly recommend you buy one of their locks, which normally I would see as an upsale attempt, but in this area I would also recommend you buy one like they have or theirs.

The two women who work at this particular branch have great customer service skills. They were fast and able to assist me with my storage needs. Every question I had was answered and they treated me and my family with with respect. Moving can be a difficult process and it felt great knowing that they have made this experience a lot easier. I recently went in to get information on renting a storage unit and I must say the experience that I had was awesome. I spoke with Donnette and she took the time to explain to me everything involved with renting a unit so there would be no surprises. Needless to say, I feel comfortable knowing that my items will be ok and I loved the friendliness and professionalism I received while I was there.

Had a rough day didnt mean to be disrespectful, but she didnt take it personal instead she apologized for my bad behavior and told me she understood we all have some bad days her words of comfort really made the rest of my day better. I had a wonderful experience when I was at Life Storage on N.Powers Dr. Donnette and Bonbon are very professional and fun they offer great customer service. My visit went well as they help me get the right size for an affordable price. I am happy with my space and I look forward to doing business with them on going.

This storage is the worst one you can go to! If you have an alternative pick something farther away the managers give the tenants hell. My family had one here for 8 years and the former ones were excellent but the ones there now are evil they are the devil in person. I dont recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed. Was gone for 3 months and left all my things in storage and when I came to vacate all my things were ruined by rodents! Urine and poop everywhere! Do not rent with them. I did buy the insurance but thats a 3rd party and they require receipts for all your belongings.

I had awesome service on Sunday July 2, 2017. Donnette was really helpful and professional. I enjoyed her customer relations skills as she interacted with myself and other customers. The prices are good (even without specials) compared to other facilities. I definitely recommend.
