We have been utilizing the facility in the Dr. Phillips area for nearly four years and have been quite pleased with both the facility and the personnel that are responsible for it. The facility is clean and well maintained. Good lighting and appropriate security measures provide users that important level of confidence and comfort needed when storing ones belongings away from their home. The onsite management has always been helpful and attentive to the needs of their clients - always with a smile and a friendly greeting.

This storage facility is the epitome of the phrase "you get what you pay for." The rental rates are undoubtedly higher than most of the other storage centers in the area but I chose this location specifically because of how immaculate the property was kept and because of the excellent customer service I received when I toured the center. You cant put a price on that type of security and comfort. Thank you S. Kelly and Mario and the staff of MNSC!

Don’t even remember how long I’ve been with them however I will say by far the best experience I’ve ever had with storage. Incredibly accessible. Incredibly wonderful people working there as well as storing things there. Ive never once had an issue. Very easy process to sign up for a unit and get moved in. Really enjoy being apart of the DP MNHS Family.

We were very pleased with the rates, facility and the level of service. They were very professional, friendly and attentive. I HIGHLY recommend them.

This is a nice, clean facility which is conveniently located. The staff are well trained and friendly. The price rates are high and are frequently increased. There are few other options for storage in this part of Orlando, so the near monopoly allows for high prices and charges.

The Manager, Kelly, and her staff are genuinely friendly and very professional. The facility is always clean. A very convenient location with two entrances at the busy intersection of Sand Lake Rd and Turkey Lake Rd; I never have a problem getting in or out of there.

For the last 2 years I have been storing furniture, books, etc. They were friendly. Their place is clean. Convenient to I-4. I dont want to move again, but if I do, I will look to them again. Good experience!
