Eu sou brasileira e aluguei no extra space um espaço para colocar meus moveis. Todos que me atenderam foram muito especiais. Atenciosos, bons, respeitosos. Mas gostaria de fazer um bom registro sobre o jovem EDGAR , muito espetacular, gostei muito do seu atendimento e como recebe as pessoas especialmente com mais idade. I used the Extra Space Storage facility on LB McLeod a few months back from which I had a great experience. I have used many different storage companies in the past and the folks at Extra Space Storage were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. From the front office to the unit I rented to even the parking lot, everything was clean and well maintained which is a big deal for me. I am sure there are many employees that work there but Allen and Louis (I think those are the guys of who I interacted with) were knowledgeable on all the products offered there (I know because I always ask way too many questions) and made the entire process smooth and comfortable for me. When I need to store things again, I am using Extra Space.

I recently moved from another storage facility. They were not so bad, but honestly the comfort and importance I felt with Extra Space was the best. The manager Brian has a great sense of humor and made my first visit a good one. I was informed of all I needed to know upfront, they were curteous never gave attitude or unsatisfactory service.I cant remember the other ladys name but I refer to her as the cat lover!lol She is so sweet and also very helpful. The facility was clean and I felt safe loading and unloading alone with the lighting. Also the price I paid was decent. Guys keep up the good work!!1

I most highly recommend this Extra Space Storage Facility! The staff is super accommodating and very helpful. They set me up with a few storage spaces even though I was out of town. They made it really easy for me to sign up and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond helping me to manage my 3 spaces while I was out of town as I had many deliveries to account for. They even helped me after my term was up by shipping things out for me. Above & Beyond the call of duty! They get 6 stars out of 5!! Do yourself a favor and rent from this crew! Great Staff!!!

First off, if you are looking for affordable, clean, dry, climate controlled storage space on the west side of Orlando, please check out this Extra Space Storage facility. Brian and his staff are helpful, courteous and always have a wave and a smile as they go about the property. I use this storage unit for business, so I appreciate the security measures they have in place. I also have a unit in Illinois at an independent facility, and I can say it is not as clean and I think they are saving money on the air conditioning--it is not very cool in the summer!

Very good experience. Edgar at Extra Space Storage did a great job at getting me set up with the right storage locker at the right price. Very comfortable experience. Also feel as if my belonging are safe and secure at this particular address. He let me know that the establishment is monitored 24/7 and showed me all the security cameras. Had a bad experience elsewhere, with my other unit with another company, getting broken into and lots of my property stolen. Would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone needing to rent a storage unit!

I stored personal items in this facility for almost two years and had an excellent experience. The climate controlled facility I used was always kept very clean as were the outside areas. The staff, Brian and Susan, were very helpful and were always willing to go the extra mile. The unit was clean when I moved in. There were always carts available to move things on. I checked quite a few storage facilities for prices and found this one to be quite competitive. Overall a very positive experience

My unit was broken into and no one called me. Three months later I went to get something out and my electronics were gone. The manager claimed he tried to call me. They had two phone numbers and an email. I received no calls or contact regarding this robbery. They were willing to accept my monthly payment but not to keep me updated. It looks great from the outside but trust me when I tell you they are not keeping track of their "inside". Stay away and keep your hard earned items elsewhere.

I currently moved to Extra Space Storage. Louis made sure we had everything we needed and made the transition seamless. He even took time to come make sure while we were moving in to check to make sure the unit was suitable for our needs. I recommend your facility to all my friends and family. The facility is clean and the staff is always on point. We priced around and looked at other facilities in the area and no one compared.

Duvan and his staff were very friendly and all smiles. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A major plus is the place was extremely clean compared other storage companies Ive rented to in the past. Ive never seen so many people cleaning at a storage company before. I feel confident that my furniture is in good hands. Several thumbs up for Extra Space Storage!

Juan (Asst. Manager) was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. I originally had a reservation with Public Storage right across the street. However, I was not satisfied with the service or the unit at Public Storage. The unit at Extra Space is far better! The price is roughly the same, but I was able to save on move in costs. Thank you Juan for your help and knowledge.

Edgar was a pleasant person to work with. He helped me find the size of storage that I needed. I left to think about my options and he called me to see if I might have any other questions but he did not pressure me and that is what I liked. I have been a customer of this location for over 10 years, through multiple ownership companies and management and I have never been unsatisfied. The location is central and access is superb and the staff is always ready to assist with every request for assistance. I was looking for a good A/C unit storage for a great price, i found extra space storage and they had everything i needed from size units & best prices. The service was great and the manager was beyond helpful with everthing I neeed while getting my unit, if anyone is looking for a great storage in the metrowest area check them out, ask for louis he was great.

Moved to Orlando and needed a place to store my stuff because we didnt have the apartment yet. Site personnel was outstanding in giving us an excellent service at great affordable price. During the move date Orlando FL was super hot, but it was an easy move thanks to the climate controlled storage space and free moving carts. Definitely recommend this ESS. A+
