I had an amazing experience getting a storage unit here ! They close at 6 and I got there at 5:30 to get the reservation I had made and was greeted by Tosha. She showed me the unit I had reserved and I thought it was to big so she showed me the next size down she had available. She was so patient and courteous with me and my indecisiveness even though she knew it was getting close to the end of her shift. I ended up going back to the first unit she had originally showed me and not once did she seem annoyed & she never rushed me, she made sure I was satisfied ! Once I finally made up my mind with everything, she went though the paperwork thoroughly & answered all my questions. I definitely left with a smile on my face & very satisfied !!!! This is my first time ever getting a storage unit and if I ever had to get another one after this time I would definitely come back here ! Great service and very clean ! Thank you Tosha !

I am new to public storage and was wary of the uncertainties but was placed at ease with the explanations that I received! I absolutely LOVED meeting Shawn! ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED WITHOUT WAVERING. She has an AMAZING personality and used it to help me understand what needed to be done to get what I needed. She knew what she was talking about and was able to help me with solutions that best fitted my needs! She called me to check in on me and was able to make the process A LOT easier than I expected. As we were indecisive about which unit to rent she never once hesitated when we kept changing our mind........this young lady kept a smile on her face from the time we walked in until the moment we left Thanks public storage for having an excellent customer service Representative by the Name of Shawn.....i will definitely give this store a 5 star rating

I just opened up a new storage unit here today and Kia and Tasha were the most amazing employees ever. Not only do we open up the new storage unit but we also got all of our packing supplies and they helped us find a mover they went above and beyond to the point that even after we were close with our business we still stayed there for about an hour afterwards joking and talking I would recommend this place to anybody the employees make it a pleasure to be there

I went into this location seeking information on an outside unit for next week. I was greeted by the Property Manager Shawn with a nice warm Welcome and smile. She didnt have any outside spaces at her property but she was more than willing to search her system and help find a another location that does. Although I didnt rent a space with her She was awesome. Very good customer service and professionalism. Thank you Shawn for your help.

$1. Move-In special turned into $80..Not sure why they promote $1.00 when you actually have to purchase their items to qualify for the $1.00..Hmm strange and false advertisement all at the same time...Customer service was awesome.. Advertised special was a major joke?

Not very clean and your not allowed but one dolly Cart and have to even give your ID in order to use it as well and so picky that beings a paid tenant renting a unit they tell you that you cannot even smoke in the property grounds that are pavement on top of it....
