I have never dealt with a more inept, apathetic & disorganized company than PODS. Not only was I over charged...numerous times...but after calling every day for a month & being told someone would call me back (they NEVER did) I resorted to disputing the charges on my credit card, (& closing my account so they would stop withdrawing $ from it) in order to get any one at PODS to respond. After 3, YES 3 MONTHS, PODS responded to this, but as of today no one has ever returned my calls. I finally called them 7/10/14 & spoke with AMY. She saw right away what was going on & proceeded to get my refund for me. She was very pleasant, kind & helpful...wish all of PODS employees could be like her. As of this date PODS has never returned a call or even attempted to contact me except for their automated calls telling me they cant charge my account. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not use PODS for any of my moving needs. I used them once and they proceeded to charge me monthly storage fees AFTER my empty pod was picked up. I called them after the first charge and they reversed it, the next time, they said that they had computer issues. When it didnt go away, i called my credit card company to dispute the charges. They found in my favor and i never heard anything else...until i got a call from collections. Instead of reaching out to me, they sent me to collections. When I called them to discuss the issue, i was thrown into voicemail 6 times and didnt receive one call back despite many promises for a call back by the end of the day. I would never recommend them. They are inept, useless, terrible, and the customer service is horrendous. I wish i could think of worse ways to describe Pods but it would be an insult to anyone else i could compare them to.

I loved my experience with PODS and highly recommend them. We decided to move from the DC area to Orlando and hired PODS to come out, drop off the POD, take it to Orlando and keep it in their climate controlled warehouse until we found a place to live (we stayed in temporary housing). We changed dates for pick up on the day scheduled to pick up with no issues. We changed our minds and had the POD stay in Virginia rather than come to Florida and customer service has been excellent. The delivery guy and the pick up guy were both well dressed and very professional. The cost was similar to renting a UHaul (including gas) but with much more flexibility, especially when planning on leaving things in storage for a month or two. The billing is a bit complicated but they sent me an invoice/estimate with everything written down and explained to me so I was prepared.

Supposed to have received my pod on a Saturday, never showed up, and Im supposed to turn in my keys on that Monday. Call customer support, multiple people couldnt tell me where my pod is our get a hold of anyone at the facility. Supposedly the facilities are closed and dont deliver on Sundays so what does that leave me to do? Worst experience ever, so now I have to spend more money to my landlord, more money to rent a uhaul, and one huge headache. Thanks for nothing PODS. it amazes me a company this big cant get a hold of your own people to figure out whats going on and where my pod is.

I used PODS to empty 2 large rooms to facilitate repairs due to a fallen tree. PODS gave me the ability to keep my stuff on my property. Plus, I didnt need to rent a truck to move my items to a storage facility. Also, I estimated needing the unit for 2 months. It ended up stretching to 3 months, but because I had selected autopay for the monthly rental, I didnt even have to think about it. I hope I dont need to use PODS in a similar situation again, but if I do I wont hesitate to use PODS of Orlando.

i have been a POD customer for over 3 years and i have never had a problem before they did there system update. since then i have spent over 10 hours on the phone to get my POD delivered. it still didnt show up on the date, i never got a phone call and i couldnt access my account online. if you are living or moving to the Orlando area, do not go through PODS. In addition to all that, they over charged me and double charged me for weight tickets.

It was convenient but expensive, they charged me for 2 months storage but I only had the pod from May 29 to July 1 and part of that time it was on my property, not being stored by them. I would of had it delivered sooner if a date was available which they said wasnt but they probably just said no so they could charge me for a second month!

Ive used PODS service for almost 2 years. They have professional team of experience and very helpful people. They go a way more to help you. They are honest with billing. Ive moved my stuff two days after billing cycle and received refund anyway. Good company in category of good American Companies like Discount Tires, Moen.

Great experience! Professional packing team in New Jersey and careful unloading in Orlando. The supervising team lead was seasoned and attentive to his teams coordination and handling of household goods. I would use PODS again and have already recommended them to many contacts across the U.S.A.

I returned my pod on the 19th of January. Since then I have been charged 4 times (system problem). Ive spent the past three weeks trying to get my money back and Ive only been given the run around. I cant find a corporate number or email.

Fantastic company! Made my move so much easier. Very courteous and professional all around. Containers were nice and clean. All of our stuff made it back in perfect condition. Would recommend them to everyone!

Extremely disappointed with PODS. Was told they needed two days notice to pick up the full POD. Now they say they cant pick up POD for a week and we close on the house sale in 3 days! Unbelievable!!!

Moved from MI to FL using PODS. Absolutely no problems what so ever. All of the pickups and deliveries were scheduled and took place on time. Great experience and I would definitely use PODS again.

Do not give them your credit card information, they will bill for service that you did not authorize and provide false documents to the credit card company to avoid a charge back. Crooks
