We moved from FL to OH and we could not have done it without upack. We had too much furniture/stuff to use a pod(like last time when we moved from OH to FL) but we didnt want to drive a uhaul truck. It was so easy to book with them and they were a pleasure to work with. They accommodated every change we had a long the way. (they also have a storage facility we almost used when our rental situation fell through. And we were grateful that option existed) They put freight in the space you dont use so you dont have to pay for the whole truck if you dont fill the whole truck. (they put a wood barrier in between your stuff and the freight so dont worry) Which is awesome!! Especially since this was our first move with all the furniture and we didnt know how big of a truck we would of needed from uhaul. So we ended up paying for 20ft of the 27ft truck. We had a big sectional, big entertainment center, queen bedroom suit, queen bed, king mattress & boxspring, dining room table & chairs, office furniture and about 9 feet of just boxes. So was very happy with fitting all of our stuff in 20 ft. They use moving staffers which were super wonderful to work with. Best mover experiences my parents or I have ever had. They were so careful with our stuff and wrapped all of our furniture. (Also with moving staffers if you book them for 4 hours, only need them for 2, then you only pay for 2. super great). So they arranged movers in both states. You got text and web updates on where the truck was. Fit in our driveway. Could not have asked for a better move. Again they accommodated all last minute changes which was very nice. I would 100000000% use again if I was moving states again. And I would recommend to all my friends and family! Every single stage of the process was professionally handled and I felt like my move was in great hands.
