We had a horrible experience. They tore up the concrete on the driveway at our new home. The driver also pulled down a phone line and then proceeded to blame us for his incompetence. PODS said it wasnt their problem that we had to sign off that our property could hold up to the weight of their trucks. I totally understand that part. We had 3 POD units. The first POD was delivered with no problem. Driver was very professional. He made sure to move the phone line out of the way and drove in the middle of the driveway to the back of the house. No issues whatsoever. Next driver tore down the phone line and yelled at me about it. Then AFTER he dropped off the POD he pulls down the driveway, he drives the right side of the truck off of the driveway and proceeded to tear up the concrete and yard. So, first driver....no issues. Second driver doesnt know how to drive so he tears up our driveway. Dont use PODS. There are plenty of other companies with this same business model. Hope this review protects someone from our type of experience!

My PODS experience was outstanding. The POD was delivered on time, was clean inside and out and when I was done it was picked-up within minutes of the promised time. I will be using their services again; polite, professional, timely, efficient. Whats not to like?

Worst experience, 2 days past contracted delivery date! Told nothing can be done! Complete breech of contract! We feel completely duped! How can a company do this and stay in business, I wish we could speak to the company president!
