If I could post a zero star, I would....I dont really care enough to go into great detail about my moving experience last week, but I will tell you this, and I hope you heed my words: this place will leave you feeling extremely pissed off....one was texting during the first half hour, the other was talking on his cell phone, then back to the first one who had to take his smoke break...oh, then they were bitching that we didnt take our clothes out of the dressers (who does that?)... you are movers, very expensive ones at that, so get moving while you are on the clock and on my dime and if you are gonna complain, be sure I am not in ear shot; moving is what you do for a living, and I dont wanna hear about it during one of lifes most stressful events...I dont care if you have been moving for 35 years (maybe its time to hang up the moving hat?), dont ask me if I thought about hiring a 3rd guy for a 2 bedroom APARTMENT... no appliances, a dining room table, 2 couches, bedroom set, desk and light wicker patio furniture. Oh, and my husband and I moved about 75% of the boxes, or else it would have taken them eight hours instead of the absurdity of only SIX hours...the only thing they did right was that nothing was broken. Do yourself a favor, do not call this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO LOAD A TRUCK WITH ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT I used Parma movers to load 2 ABF trucos with all my furniture for a cross country move. I gave PARMA movers 300 pads to put between my furniture and it was so badly packed that when my furniture arrived in CA upolostry was torn and anything made of wood was scratched. Many ítems were destroyed. Of course when I called to discuss the situation - it was not their fault! Only use Parma movers to haul your trash to the dump. DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE - DO NOT USE

I recently scheduled an upcoming move. I had to call back to retime due to signing of my closing time being rescheduled. The receptionist explained to me that there would be no guarantee for a start time if there is a move ahead of me and that if the move ahead of me ended I would be responsible for that hour. I replied I would prefer not to pay for an hour in which I am not receiving a service and the receptionist laughed at me. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing.

Charles and Rafael were awesome! They came in and busted butt and moved everything super fast with no issues. My kids were walking around while they were moving all my stuff and they were joking around with them! All in all a great experience and I would absolutely use this company again. I would also recommend them to all my friends and family very professional! Overall great experience!!!
