*****NOTICE WOULD BE RENTERS***** Up front the experience at this location wasnt too bad. It was Sunday morning and it was busier then I expected but I didnt wait long. I was moving that day and needed a 26ft truck, which i recieved. The truck was fine and did what I needed it to do. There was a separate location located in the same town roughly a few miles away that I was instructed I could return the truck at the discussed time. From there the estimated payment would be assessed to the same card that had already been ran for $105 as partial payment. The total was to be $176 ***THIS IS WHERE THE THE PROBLEM COMES IN*** 6 days ago I recieved notice that that my card had been ran for an additional $331 ! However it was Friday evening I would not be able to doing anything until Monday. So 3 days ago I go to the Whitney location to stress the importance of what happened. I was informed the Whitney store manager Justin was on vacation and would not be back until Wednesday. The young lady that helped me, printed a 2nd receipt that NOW reads the total amount of my purchase would be $401.. I was told that my "contract" was for an in town purchase. that by returning the truck at the location I was INSTRUCTED I could return it at I violated that and was charged "extra" ... I have since been told my purchase was going on a list of objections that were to be addressed yesterday, that I would be contacted this morning. I was not contacted rather i contacted the collections services this evening to find out the standing of my objections. It was then I was told I was "Getting On Her Nerves" .. I have now spoken with the secretary to the regional manager Doug.. Shes informed me the matter has not been taken lightly and I will surely be ((not accommodated)) but spoken to by a manager...... This message was not for customers, this message was for whichever u-haul rep takes the time to read this. Your company physically exchanged my daughters daycare with a weeks worth of insulting statements while chasing my own tail. For my own money. Its disgusting and unethical. I am giving my experience 5 stars, but Id like to give them 6 or more. That morning we had been to several different rental sites with no success, we were moving on short notice. We arrived at the this location and were very pleased to see trucks everywhere. Even though it was VERY busy with customers and employees going in every direction, Karie Sims provided outstanding service and treated us like we were the only ones in the building. Her knowledge of the equipment and pricing, fees and holds was up front and straight forward. In fact all staff we encountered were courteous and polite. Upon return of the equipment, checkout was quick and easy, with no surprises. I highly recommend this location to anyone reading, and I will definitely send my friends and family. Thanks again.

Ive used this location many times and have always been pleased. They accepted the trailer I rented in Atlanta without a problem. Theyve done some updating around the lot and it looks great. Its easy to get to with plenty of turn around room unlike some sites. Only issue is U-Haul itself which has a tendency to keep trucks well past their prime.

I had reservations about using this location because of the previous review. However, my experience was great. I made my reservation online. Pick up was very fast and efficient. The personnel was quite helpful and explained everything I needed to know. I would definitely use this location again and would recommend it to others.

Never ever go to this location , they are cheater , I rented a truck , they overcharged me , and when I ask for refund of overcharge , they did not give it to instead ask me to call corporate if I want my refund , this people does not have any business ethics , I speak every one do not use this location

Excellent service. I saw one guy explode at an employee who remained calm. Guy didnt put enough fuel in the truck. I didnt have any problem with this because there were numbers below the picture of the fuel gauge on my contract that showed me how much fuel to put back in.

I returned a one way truck rental to this location without a hitch. The employee I interacted with was super friendly and the process was quick. I was there in the evening so getting in and out wasnt a problem. I could see that being an issue at busy times and days.

I agree the service was great each of the three times i used them. They even explain and highlight the important contract information. The person who gave the anonymous bad review is probably just ignorant and grumpy.

Went in and the computer was down. The reservation that I made online didnt show up. Thought I would be spending $20 as advertised. Ended up spending $90 after all of the additions. Only had the van 1 hour.

Lowest price for propane refill around that Ive yet to find plus you get full fill up not like others Ive used.. Just wish they stayed open till 8 pm
