We chose Lakeland Moving & Storage to help us relocate from a northwest Lakeland home to a north Lakeland home (11 miles away) . From the initial email contact with Paul, through the estimate process, to the actual pick up and subsequent delivery of our furniture and boxes, this has been an EXCELLENT experience! Paul is detailed oriented like myself and he communicated with us throughout the entire process, the three men that handled our items were professional, experienced and genuinely treated our property like it was their own. Buying and selling a home, then moving can be a stressful time. Lakeland Moving & Storage simplified our moving process - we gladly recommend them and give 5 stars for price and service! Worst moving experience ever. I am active duty in The Navy, and my wife and I used this company to pack and ship our home in Tampa for a move to the west coast. They crashed our furniture all over and it now has scratches and scrapes all over it. It looks awful. It was a hot day, so while we offered them what we could, one of the workers kept asking for alcohol, so we gave him two cranberitas we had in the refrigerator. When they left, we went through what we had left, come to find out, they stole all of the cash out of my wifes wallet. They stole over $260 from her wallet. This was the worst moving experience we have ever had.

Very professional and courteous. Lakeland moving and storage helped me with the difficult task of moving my late brothers belongings. Not only were they very respectful of my feelings, it was a difficult move as his belongings were going to two different locations. The move went very smoothly, and the movers allowed me private time to leave his home as I would not be coming back. I highly recommend them.

Overall, very good. We had around 500 boxes moved. A few items were damaged but they repaired them. They arrived each morning with a lot of packers. They worked very hard and stayed late to make certain that all goods arrived when promised. They were on time each day. I have moved about 10 times from childhood until now and they would rank in the top two.
