What a horrible experience. The movers damaged walls in both homes, damaged a refrigerator, and broke everything in a box labeled fragile that was literally wrapped in 2 layers of bubble wrap and Styrofoam padding. It took the movers over an hour to get a refrigerator out of my house which took Lowes only 15 minutes to get in my house and set up. When I called and complained about having to pay more than was quoted due to their movers not knowing how to move an appliance and 1 item taking them over an hour to move, they simply offered nothing. How is it my fault that your "professional" Movers dont know how to get an appliance out of a house? They assembled a horrible moving team of the 3 men they sent. For over $800 to move things from a 1200 square foot home, youd except better service all around. After 2 weeks, they finally had someone contact me about home repairs. By that time, I had already hired a contractor to fix my old home that had several gashes taken put of the wall and tons of paint scratches since my house was on the market to be sold. The person they sent to fix my current home on his first visit, just painted some of the gashes in my wall. He didnt use sheet rock puddy or anything to fixed the uneven areas. Literally the worst experience I could have ever magined while using a "Professional Moving Company." If you use these people (I hope you dont), but please buy the insurance they offer. I wish I could post a picture of all of the broken things, the damaged walls and floors, and the damaged refrigerator. That would show you they Cleary just hire anyone. Not mention all of the bent corners on most of my boxes which led me to believe they just bounced around the truck. Oh how I could keep going!!!

Terrible movers. Showed up 3-4 days later than the date they told me. Many of my packages didnt have labels on them, which makes tracking my stuff difficult. Lost one of my boxes and flat out refused to pay for it despite tons of proof. Their truck had a leak and a lot of my stuff was wet. Movers smoked in the truck while unloading and my furniture stunk for a couple days. Seriously avoid these guys.

Great service, caring driver and unloading team. I would use them again with no question. They asked questions, placed things where requested and changed direction when necessary, all with a smile. Even made sure cluches and beds were precisely where we asked. Very patient with us.
