Told me I would get a $200 fee to reduce my internet service then go back to the faster one at a later time. Only because I was not charged a $200 fee to set it up originally when it was bright house (and not spectrum, with spectrums horrible policies). Everything is already set up and connected and running for this service. They want money they didnt earn from back when it was a different company, just because bright house didnt have ridiculous $200 charges in effect.

I have been going to Spectrum for about three years now. My entire family has a membership. Services are nice. Trainers are all amazing and make sure that you are doing your best. I am not the strongest guy have never felt uncomfortable or akward working out there. Everyone is super supportive. They are open practically all day and even have showers. I would definitely try this place out if you are thinking about improving your physical fitness.

Through all the trainers Ive experienced in my college career, I found the best results with my time at SSP. I did training with them for Lacrosse and they not only got me in the best shape of my life but also turned me into an athletic machine. The money was well worth it in the end. Also, Spectrum Sports Performance is not Spectrum the cable/internet service you fools.

Best Athlete facility in Orlando plus Physical therapy/ Massage therapy / General fitness / Boot camps. Most of this people are confused and do not know this is a Spectrum fitness. Is a GYM not the cable company... people please do your research before commenting and putting negative feedback were it does not belong.

This company sucks... I have a been a value customer for so many years .. paying a high amount an a old internet plan... which is 25 Mbps... they cant give me a better offer of higher internet speed limit unless I bundle, thats how they get your money.. they dont have nothing that will fall in what Im paying now ....

I had the service about one month i had to callthem for fix problems i have the package internet include we dont have intetnet we call the company they told me i had to pay 50.00 extra of monthly payment for fix the problem we paid about 2weeks i still dont have internet

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE SPECTRUM TOOK OVER! I coudl call Brighthouse at any time and they would pick up. Spectrum - Not so much...not EVER!!!! Now I need to find a new everything - Security, Internet cable. GoIng to look elsewhere now they are terrible!
