Im writing this honestly as this is my LEAST favorite la fitness. Which in three month will be canceled since my boyfriend is also fed up and paid up front for two years got a year free and he will also not be renewing UNLESS a major change. The only time I go to la fitness is for the spin class and sauna. You got the one star because you do have one amazing instructor Carlos. He really pushes you and has great energy. However LA fitness has decided to become a tech company and make there memeber have mobile apps in order to sign up for classes. I signed up and it took me 30 mins to sign up. Which really started annoying me. So I called this gym and kim who at first was nice decided she was gonna treat me like a child and tell me how to speak and was extremely unhelpful. So I called there cooperate number and spoke to Nate who I actually think deserves a raise for dealing with me. And Im expecting a call back from Gary there DOM. However this issue for fellow spinners to think about. The instructors other then Carlos suck. I have spun at this location with three other instructors a tiny blonde girl I forget her name which was so fast she was ten times ahead of the music and actually commented infront of everyone how I was panting and that was cute. I never went to her again. Then the other two one guy another girl just sucked. Boring music no energy. If there classes arent full and there not new there most likely not good. Also this gym is always crowded which is not the bad part. But the parking is horrendous. It takes me 10 mins too park. The front desk people are indifferent they never say hello but there never rude. But I cant blame them there manager doesnt know how to treat customers. La fitness should really re think this app because people like me who have jobs cant take time to sign up for classes. Then if you dont sign up you feel weird walking in because you never know who did sign up and who didnt. And who didnt show up and who did. Its a big mess with a lot of flaws that consumers shouldnt have to deal with

Been going here nearly a year now. I go to other LA Fit locations besides this one throughout each month, but this one is closest to where i live. The 3 star rating is for how it compares to other gyms, if I were compareing it to other LA Fitness locations, the score would be much lower. The Bad: Mens showers are always disgusting even early in the morning, wads of wet paper towels and other unidentifiable wet wads of garbge. Also, at any particular day in the year, most of the shower curtains will be mostly torn if not completely missing, leaveing the few shower stalls with curtains intact to be considered luxuries. Chewed peices of gum can be found in every area of the gym. This i would fault the people who left it there, except that days can go by and recognize the same peice that is in plain view, next to the hot tub is a popular spot. It seems at least once a month they run out of a basic necesity to any establishment, not just a gym. Examples include, paper towels or soap. The sound equipment for the cycling room has only worked about 2 out of every 3 classes throughout the year, which is disappointing considering the whole gym is relatively new. The Good: The location is great. The equipment is excellent. There are some great class instructors, Rosilyn being one of the best. The staff in general seem nice, not that i have much dealings with them besides checking in.

This LA Fitness gym is a joke and a very unprofessional environment! My wife and I were visiting the area and wanted to check out the gym since we plan on attending school here in the future. The fellow patrons here enjoy making smart ass remarks as they shout across the gym. A large quantity of people like to take up machines only to spend time on their phones without actually doing any kind of work out. The very few that are serious about working out take up a single machine for what seems like an eternity. The weights and barbells are all over the place without being organized or missing altogether. People seem to be far too lazy to bother putting the plates back after finishing their sets. There were paper towels at various spots through out the gym and more so by the sanitizing stations. Apparently couples are a rare breed here and my wife felt uncomfortable as others watched. What bothered me the most was that none of the staff seemed to care or pay attention to what was going on. All 3 LA Fitness facilities that are in my area dont have any of these problems so it was a huge disappointment coming to this one. If youre actually serious and dedicated I would suggest going somewhere else.

I was promised a four day pass and when I came into the club the only thing this salesperson was interested in was making a sale today. Ive been in sales for over 20 years and its still amazes me how some sales people actually choose sales as a career this guy needs to apply at McDonalds sales guy will remain anonymous because I wont mention names on this piss poor review however management at this club Im sure knows who Im referring too. Now that I have read other reviews on this particular facility Im very glad I didnt join today I really feel like I dodged a bullet. The only five star reviews are from employees I did see in the gym today. Please everyone think twice before joining this joke of a gym. My God these are some of the worst reviews Ive seen in my entire life and I am not sure if the staff even cares. Dirty gym cockroaches all over the place and your entire sales staff should apply for a position at Mc Donalds please everyone if you thinking of joining this gym go check out other options first this is a Micky Mouse club!!! And I dont mean Disney World LMAO!!! Will a Manager that has some idea of customer service please respond.

This establishment deserves no stars. The employees at this LA Fitness are very rude, they do not care about their customers, and they cheat you anyway they can. My father paid $200 to sign up and was assured that he would be able to have guests and all this other stuff included. When he tried to take his first guest they did not even let me through, even though he added my name and others to the list (which Im assuming doesnt actually exist or what?). It was ridiculous. The manager did not even care that he wanted to cancel his membership. She did not give any effort for us to stay with the gym, she is bad for business. We did not even get a refund or anything when he and my mother were only members for 11 days!! Do not sign up to this gym!!! .. We are now members of Golds Gym just paying $10 more a month and our membership includes an extra member instead of just two. They give you a free towel when you come in, they are polite, and they know how to treat their customers.

Horrible experience with This location! First of all I signed a membership on January 2016 where the I was told and promised that I can go with my VIP guest all the time and my guests can go with or without me there . After paying 6 monthly fees and not attending gym, on July 1st I went there for first time with my guest,and wanted my guest to go alone the following times since our schedules conflicted! What a surprise when they told me that my guest cannot go to gym alone and needed to be with me to have access . When I told to the General manager ( i think Colombian guy ) he was rude and lacks profesional customer service. I told him that Im paying since January and the guy who subscribed me told me otherwise. This manager didnt care at all even when I wanted to cancel membership. Anyway I dont recomended this place at all.
