Our girls have been in both the Champion Gymnastics program and the Cheer Corp All-Star Cheerleading program at Champion Athletic Center in Apopka. They love the coaches and have developed great friends with their teams. The programs at Champion dont burn out the girls by having them practice 6 days a week, 5 hours a day like other gyms. Our girls get the chance to compete and excel in their sport, while continuing to have a life outside of the gym.
