So frustrated with this business. I contacted them months ago for private swim lessons for my little ones and was told they had no openings. They asked if I would like to be put on their waiting list and said they would contact me if anything opened up. A few months passed and I heard nothing, so I called them to check in. Was told that in fact there were two open spots and I could have them (why was I not called??) I specifically asked if I needed to fax the forms in to reserve the spots and was told no, that I could speak to my husband over the weekend and they had me down for the spot. Faxed the form in and did not get a call back. Called them to confirm they got the fax and we were all set to go-was told our spot had been given to someone else and they denied they had told me the spot was being held! Unbelievable. I will not go back to them and would not recommend that you do either.

Worst summer camp ever, Very misleading! They do not actually learn any gymnastics. "it is basically a day care with trampolines" said the girl behind the desk after I voiced my concerns about my daughter watching 3 movies in 1 day. The staff does not treat the summer camp as anything other than a daycare, save your money. I was lied to many times, I asked a lot of questions before signing my 2 daughters up, I dont have the money for things like this but my daughters are very passionate about gymnastics so I wanted to surprise them with something other than the YouTube videos they practice with. I even went and watched 1 day to just see that my daughter sat down most of the day and didnt learn a damn thing. Very disappointed!

Do NOT go here! A swim instructor swam away from my son during his first lesson in the pool and he went underwater. He tried following her as she swam away from him and she didnt even notice. Who leaves a 3 year old alone in the water when they know he cant swim?! I screamed at the swim instructor to get him and when she finally got to him she acted like it was no big deal that he was under water for 5-7 seconds, terrified. Im so upset and confused at the lack of professionalism. I talked to the manager after the incident and told her to talk to the instructor and call me back to let me know what was being done and she never even called me back.

Most of the coaches do a decent job, but there is a lack of good managment in the gym. The business side of this Gym is terrible. The rules are very strict and NOT negotiable. My kids were often misplaced in the wrong (younger) age groups over the summer. They also did VERY LITTLE gymnastics. My girls have been in dance or gym for 8 years, and Orlando Metro has been the worst company in trying to negotiate schedule changes. And forget it if your child is sick or you make a mistake booking classes. Theres NO GETTING your money back. While this gym is close to WP and Baldwin families, we are going elsewhere.

Tammy My little 5 year old girl had such a great time during her first class! They allow trials so you do not have to commit right away, so we tried the class. I was not sure if she would like it because she has never done gymnastics before and she is very shy. Her coach was so friendly and she was able to pick right up with the skills. They had a lot of stations that kept the kids moving. She had such a great time and learned a lot in just one class! I will definitely be signing my daughter up!

Worst Place Ever... The pool smells like urine and the staff are very rude, particularly Dawn Gay. She is sarcastic and demeaning to customers and children. Not only that, the classes are over priced and trying to discontinue or make-up classes is ridiculous. I wish I read the reviews before spending my money with this company.

The office manager is rude and they are not flexible at all. She has been rude so many times that I spoke with the owner. You can tell the attitude starts at the top and filters down. My daughter finally found an instructor she liked but I could no longer tolerate their behavior. Beware!

Not a good camp, at ALL. They do not learn any gymnastics. Is very misleading. Is more like a day care and the staff is not very professional.

They really do not care about the kids at all. I would highly recommend not subjecting your kids to this type of business practice.

Coach is wonderful. My son had a fear of swimming and he got him past that. He is now having fun swimming and loving water.
