My daughter called around to salons to find a maroon hair color. She called this place and they knew what she was talking about and had her set an appointment up. I myself needed my hair done and so did my son but we came just for my daughter. We were toldI on the phone shoulder length hair would be around $50. My daughters hair was longer then that by about 3 or more inches so I figured in my mind id double the price and say $100 would be about right. After talking with the lady ( I went to school for hair myself its not my thing but I am educated on this topic) and explaining to my daughter how her hair wouldnt come out to the bright maroon color she expected because her hair was dark she was ok with it. The stylist then said before she dyed it shed just throw in some bleach to lighten it up since she wanted it brighter... I said "oh ok " She said she could do my hair too she had time and my son only needed a trim to his sides and a nice line up. I explain I want a nice dark color. I had dark brown in my hair. But with a nice pop of burgundy when it hit the light outside. She acted like she knew exactly what I wanted I picked my swatches and she went to town. Long story short. My daughter came out with red hair.... My hair is pure pitch black, fake looking ,nasty with my hazelI eyes and skin tone! This is Not at allllllllll what we asked for and she hacked my sons hair soooo bad! It was a shame I had to pay! Some how my hair and sons hAck job came to $120 and my daughters hair came out to $160! With all her added extras she never told me would cost extra. I didnt even want to tip her. I was so pissed I wasted my time, money and hair in this salon! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HAIR! NEVER AGAIN and im showing everyone this mess and warning them!

Expectation customer service!!!! Both the stylists and the owner made me feel so welcome! I have very curly hair and the majority of my experience at salons have not been all the good, so when it was time to look for a place I didnt know where to begin . I found Xpression online, saw that they had good reviews and made an appointment. When I get there, I told the stylist exactly what I wanted, and what I was going for, and she took the broom that was my hair and turned it into a masterpiece!!!!! They were 100% honest ! Not once did I feel pressured to do something I didnt want to do to my hair ! I will be definitely going back, as well as I will be recommening to other !

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stay away! They will treat you like theyre doing you a favor by doing your hair while dropping a $200 bill on your lap! I went in because I wanted to go a little darker from my blonde hair and I had a consultation before where they told me they could do it. On the appoitment date, they said they couldnt do it. I either had to get ombré or go dark brown because she wasnt going to mix colors. Why would she tell me that she could do it at the consultation and then not do it? Horrible is all I can say about the experience. Luckily I was able to leave before making the huge mistake or letting them get close to my hair!

The owner has 30 years of experience and is well rounded with all hair types. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment before walking in, especially if its on the weekend. Beautiful and clean shop! Teresa listens to what you want and is up to giving you recommendations if youre not sure. Ive gone to her for everything from a simple cut and blow dry (and she actually cuts off what you want her to. Not scissor happy!!) to a balayage and she has been great at it all! if youre in the area I would exhort you to visit Xpressions.

Absolutely love this place. The salon is high-end but the moment you enter youre greeted with friendly faces. They make you feel super comfy & offer coffee/water right away. Luis is a "color-guru". He turned my hair from black to red hair, which is a huge task. He was full of information and his priority was my hairs health, not rushing. Teresa, the owner, is amazing and full of knowledge. Absolutely love this place, worth every penny!!!
