DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM! They are a bunch of insensible liars!!!!!!! I regretted so much so will you!!!!! I was a member of this gym. I had to cancel because I became pregnant and I had to move to Puerto Rico because I do not have any family and friends on the Orlando area. I have over 13 unused sessions for what I paid $375. I will not use these sessions because there are not Youfit at Puerto Rico. I explained this at the club in Orlando Ave and all they told me was to sned a "consideration letter" which obviously I did. They never responded until I sent an email to corporate. They said unfortunately they cant refund the money. They only offered me to transfer the sessions but that is the reason I cancel to begin with. I have no body in Orlando. On that same response, they advised me my last payment was going to be processed on 01/15/2017. Today 01/20/2017 I see $50 have been withdrawn from my account. This is really frustrating not only they want to keep my money for unused service, they keep charging me after I cancelled.

After having been a routine member for a few weeks now, I feel like I can cancel the membership to my previous gym. So far it stays clean, the staff seems friendly (always greeting and saying goodbye), the personal trainers seem to be dedicated to their clients during sessions, weights are generally re-racked (which was the number one reason I left my previous gym). Lacks some equipment a body builder might need, but for someone like me its plenty. I wish theyd enforce their stated rules such as dress code and use of sweat towels but oh well... cant win it all

They want you bank account information so they can make it really difficult for you to terminate your membership. The "assessment" they ask you to come in for after you sign up is really a sales guy trying to upsell you with a personal trainer whose price are miraculously better if you sign up right away. The customer service number they want you to call when you are ready to leave DOES NOT EXIST. If you want to leave, you will probably have to change your account number at the bank.

I never leave a bad review on anything, however this company has left a bad taste in my mouth. Youfit is still trying to take money off of my credit card. I canceled my gym membership because I put a gym in my house, and I was told that I was responsible for an annual membership fee and the following month gym membership fee not only for myself but for my boyfriend as well...We cancelled a month ago. When I asked if they had a corporate phone number, they gave me an email address.

I never leave bad reviews but Im pissed. I signed up for 3 months and turned in my cancellation paperwork at the same time as enrollment bc I was moving. 6 months later they send me to collections making threats if I dont pay even though I had canceled. Called the club for 6 months and NEVER a return phone call. A year later they threatened to put on my credit report and I"m buying a house so I had to pay them or else risk losing my house. NEVER USE UFIT.

If I could rate it with zero stars I would.. My foot had nerve damage and I tried to explain to the man I spoke with that I could no longer workout..I havent been to the gym in months they still charged me a yearly installment fee with the monthly fee..The guy said he couldnt do anything for me because I didnt call within the 10 days but I was in the hospital talk about customer service...they dont even have a customer service number!!

Dont join !!!!! I joined for a month to month membership 2 years ago I moved away n tried to cancel. I had to send a register letter I did that. 7 months ago they were still charging me till I told my CV company not to pay them any more

Overcharged for training services and three months later...no refund. Spoke to Ariel and Robert...still waiting! Not sure the reason for stealing money from people. Will have to report to the BBB. Thanks for nothing.

Staff is always friendly. I had to put my membership on hold due to a medical condition and they were understanding & helpful on putting it on hold. Machines are always clean and so is the gym.

Apparently, you can only work in on the cable rig if you "dont change the levels" as it seems only us out-of-town people can remember a one- or two-digit number.

Nice clean gym. The staff doesnt assault you with guerilla marketing when you walk in. No grunts, groans or slamming weights down.
