I visit St. Cloud once a year and glad to see they finally have some CF boxes there. As a CF Coach I like to visit other CF Boxes to see how they run their business. Dropped in with CF Junkies this past weekend for their Barbell Club Class. Adam did a great job Coaching and really appreciated how CLEAN and organized his facility was. Adam ran us through a very extensive warm-up and gave a lot of movement drills and then proceeded to strength work. I really appreciated the attention Adam paid to all of his students and even me as a guest. I walked away with some good info on my own lifting, which is always good. Members were really friendly and seemed to be a good fun group. Highly recommend dropping in with them. Anytime CF Junkies people are in the Marietta/Kennesaw Georgia area they are welcome at CrossFit Kennesaw!

I thought crossfit was not for me until being "dragged" by my husband to CrossFit Junkies... What a wonderful environment! Coaches are very personable and caring, very worried about correct posture and making sure exercises are adjusted to your level - from know-nothings (like myself) to pros. All ages and body types are welcome, and everyone is so nice and friendly that you (almost) forget how hard the WOD is... On that note: they do have a great website that not only shows the details on the WOD (so you can prepare yourself in advance) but also serves as an awesome personal tracking tool. Im hooked and Im sure it has a lot to do with all these unique features that makes CrossFit Junkie THE best!

After some research to find a Crossfit gym near us, we found the Junkies. We had never tried Crossfit before and from the first trial class (free, btw), we noticed that weve found the right place. Amazing coaches, extremely knowledgeable and approachable, coaching from beginners to high performance athletes. Also great to have the motivation and be able to motivate fellow students, or as I can honestly say, our new friends. My wife and I feel at home there, being part of the community and the Junkies family.

CrossFit Junkies is Phenomenal - Ive never been able to stick to a workout or fitness plan until NOW! The coaches truly care and I leave every class feeling like they push me just enough to be a stronger and more confident ME. Theres a great mix of ages and athletic abilities too - No joke -Totally worth every penny!! I am so thankful for my Junkie Family!

Great trainers, very supportive, and the WODs are always fun! Everyday is always different so working out is never boring. I love the atmosphere, as soon as i step into the gym Im motivated. Even the athletes working out with you cheer you on. Ive been to many gyms but this is my favorite place to workout.

Lovvve this place!!! CrossFit Junkies is the best box in Saint Cloud, Florida! These guys really push you to your limits!! They are true CrossFit athletes! You are treated like family as soon as you walk in the door! Love the coaches they are super HOT which is nice when your working out LOL!!
