I am prejudiced. Ill admit it. I prefer a barber shop to a "salon". I dont need pampering or 30 minutes in a chair, I need a haircut. I got one today, but it could have been better. The wait can be long, depending on how many people are working and the female/male mix of customers. Ladies hair takes, apparently, for-effing-ever to cut. Mens hair, by comparison--and mens hair not owned by goobersmoochers who need styled hair--takes 10 minutes, tops. This is why I prefer a barber shop to a salon: "Shorter on the sides, a bit longer on the top". Easy peasy. I neither want nor require some BS cut that involves scissors and a fire extinguisher. Or whatever. I just need a haircut. The place is clean. The haircut chairs (not barbers chairs) are comically small and uncomfortable. Theyre like midget chairs or something. The lady that cut my hair was very nice. But I suck at describing what I want and my normal barbershop cuts it good enough, every time, without me writing a dissertation about it.

I will never go there again. I requested a fade type haircut for my 12 year old son and was promptly ignored by Vicki. She told me his hair does not go in any direction and pushed it Flat down. any request I made Vicki ignored to the point we left now I have to find a place to get his haircut correctly if you go to fantastic sams in pace I would make sure you do not get Vicki. The only reason I gace it one star is because you have to rate it

It was terrible, I told the stylist to try and not get a lot of due on me forehead and face, that has happened in the past. Did it anyway. The stylist did not cut my hair the way I wanted. Did not worry about blow drying it all the way to see if it did come at right. Had to find it all out at home and try to fix it myself. 100.00.hairstyle should deserve at least your hair be a little dry when you leave. Not Going Back

Horrible. I went for a foil. My hair was totally stripped and platinim. Then she toned it, still horrible and dead. I am still trying to get a refund and the manager keeps giving me the runaround. Its been over a week and she has lied constantly saying it has to go to corporate, which it doesnt. A woman owns about 7 shops. I hope the owner realized the manager is lying to her customers

It sucks. Use to be awesome but is terrible now. The past 3 times iv went in I just get a simple buzz cut, a 2 all across my head but always have to get home with my scissors and cut the many many long hairs theyve missed. 3 times in a row is ridiculous. Not going here again.

Ive always been happy with their cuts for me or my son. Definitely take advantage of the call ahead to avoid long waits. Cant beat the price and there is usually a coupon in local papers and mail outs.

Dont bother with the call ahead option. Walked in 10 mins before appointment, nobody else was waiting and it still took 40 minutes to call my name.
