I usually am quite happy and satisfied with service, which includes cut and service. This time a Kathy cut my hair, and her service was torture! She slapped my head around with a huge comb, stabbed me with the scissors, and poked my right eye - never an excuse me, or sorry. Whenever she asked me what I wanted she always interrupted before I would respond. Poor, poor people relations, Kathy, and ease up on the technique, slapping heads around is not cool, especially those with a brain tumor! It felt as if you were taking out frustrations on me cuz Im white!

The most horrible haircut that I ever had, I explained and showed them some pics of how I wanted it, totally bad, no wash and they dont really take the time to see what they are doing, all was so fast that I couldnt even ask for anything!
